This Wendy’s has terrible service consistently! They are always messing up our orders. Tonight wasn’t too bad they just gave me sunflower seeds instead of pecans for my pecan chicken salad. They never give you a receipt unless you ask for it. I tried calling to make them aware so it wouldn’t happen to someone else. I called for 45 minutes. After 15 minutes of the phone ringing I would get hung up on. That happened three times before I gave up. I’ve had to call them numerous times after orders getting screwed up in the past. Make sure you check everything before you drive away!

I have never been inside the actual restaurant, however, I do have to say it looks comfortable and much more upscale than the Wendy’s near my house.
The drive thru experience is always fine, I like the electronic menu a lot.
The reason for the –1 star is because the French fries at this location aren’t good. They’re really oily and greasy. I always get the quarter pound cheeseburger (number 1 on menu) and it tastes great. But I love fries, and they just didn’t taste as good. I didn’t finish the fries.
Parking is no problem. It’s a decent sized lot and lots of room

I ordered a number 1 with a cherry vanilla coke. The woman at the drive thru gave me a frosty for my drink when I told her I ordered a cherry vanilla coke she argued with me and kept telling me I didn’t charge you for this. After about 5 mins of this I finally got the right drink. I will never go there again.

I need to report a human/​swine rights violation here… Order a Fully Loaded (EVERYTHING!) baked potato… and they did not include any bacon! HOW?! WHAT?! WHO?!? WHY???
I want to live in a world were people don’t have to worry about their bacon missing when they order grubbage from the nearest Wendy’s. This baked potato now feels abused and unfinished. While I sit here with the sadness and gilt of not being able to eat such a thing with no bacon on it…

We have been here countless times throughout the years. This place does not deserve some of these machete reviews, it is ok.
We do not do the drive through here and have no comment on it. The parking lot is decent sized, not so tight that you bite your nails backing out.
The latina manager we usually encounter is always pleasant and efficient. She was not there tonight, but Lekecia was also smiling and efficient. We have never see the place nasty dirty. The bathroom is good enough considering the proximity of a very large homeless shelter and the delightful human waves that emanate forth from it, on their way to roll around on the lawn of the library and all.
The chili is always hot and the frosties cold. You know what you are getting into when you go to a Wendy’s, it is not a South End boutique restaurant, so for what it is, they do just fine.

customer service … Sometimes they have awesome employed sometimes they don’t… Most of the guys in drive thru have been awesome and most of the the girls in drive thru have sucked…

Absolutely pitiful. Employees are rude and could care less about your order. They take it very personal when you ask for more sauce or god forbid a straw. The inside is a disgrace. Late at night you can see rats running out from the rear towards the auto shop. Nothin like seeing track marks on an employees arm when they hand you your food. Go to Newport av location

This place is terrible. Every single time I eat here, I immediately want to roll over and die. I can’t even eat a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger from this place without my guts falling apart. The service sucks, the burgers are about 2/​3rds the size they should be, and the fries are served over a bed of table salt and ice. The only reason I ever go to this location is because I work around the corner.
From the awkward drive-​thru situation, to that ridiculous steel cage fighting arena that looms ominously in the lot, absolutely nothing about this establishment makes sense to me.
I feel like moving to Olympia, Washington, just to put some distance between me and this godforsaken house of broken dreams.
The best compliment I can give this place is that it’s the second best Wendy’s in Quincy. And even that’s a stretch.
I’d almost rather eat McDonald’s.

My fav of the big three, I will always pick this joint over the other McFactory and Burger Mess. This one has decent food, although sometimes they will pawn cold fries off on you so you have to bitch to get fresh ones. Also, this location always smells bad… no matter when you go. A combination of spoiled milk and dirty rags… I can’t quite place it. Not enough to make me go across the street to McDs but enough to make you eat it the car.
