I hired Keeth Tamberelli to install a rubber roof in 2012. Took him several months to «complete». I was dumb enough to pay him before it rained. Come to find out he did not use rubber, but cheap roofing felt instead. Roof leaked worse that before and he never fixed or reimbursed me for damages which were in the thousands. This guy appears to be a rip off artist. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

We contracted with Keeth Tamberelli and James Kabalen in September 2014 to build a new composite deck with a roof. They started the project on October 8, 2014 and never finished the project. We gave them $ 7000.00, which was ½ of the cost of the project. They poured the cement pad and built the steps wrong. The steps will not pass building code. They used untreated lumber as rails and left siding off the house for over 6 months. They also left a lot of trash on our porch and in our yard. They kept promising to return and finish, but they were always either too busy, sick, bad weather, basically any excuse they could find to not return and finish the job. We even had our lawyer send them a letter and gave them until April 8, 2015 to complete the work. They didn’t come back to finish and had the nerve to ask for more money, so we fired them.
I would not hire these two individuals again and warn anyone who is thinking of hiring them to look elsewhere or take a chance of ending up with a half completed project.
