Opened by Alessandro Pugliese, brother of Joe Pugliese and son of Domenico Pugliese that opened Sal’s in Radford in 1978. They thrive to make the best of the best in foods to offer to the community.

I love Sal’s Jr. They have such a wide variety of menu options. The prices are excellent and the service is always speedy. They have great lunch specials that I like to take advantage of during the work week. One of my all time favorites is the Lobster Ravioli. If you are looking for a family owned, Italian style meal, this is the place!

Sals Jr. Is one of the best places to eat in Radford. The original cheese steak is a classic well worth the price. A plain cheese pizza is addicting. DON’T PASS THIS PLACE UP!!!

Great lunch choice! Try the Philly Cheese Steak! The calzones are also good, and massive! Nothing fancy about the atmosphere but a solid choice for Americanized Italian food.

Real Italian food. I particularly like the fried calamari appetizer. We ask for lemon instead of tomato sauce. (like we had in Greece) This restaurant (and the other two family owned Sal’s) are the closest weve come to replicating that experience! It is always perfectly cooked! Other favorites include pizza, cheesesteak, and
is a small area and can get crowded but the food is worth the wait! Wish they would expand.

This place is AMAZING! The food is ridiculous! The pizza is some of the best in in area. The cheesesteak will keep your coming back for more. Price is a little high though. Don’t get me wrong, the pizzas are huge and incredible, but expensive. For good quality, go here. If you want cheap, go somewhere else.
