Five Points Pet Resort

Recently I picked up my black lab after a 10 day stay at Five Points Pet Resort. On my way home, I found myself thinking about how many times she has stayed at the Brock’s facility over the years, and about how I have come to rely on them for premier pet care. When I was working very long days, I really went out of my way (adding about 1−½ hrs. to my day) to take my dog there for day care, and, of course, I have always taken her when I have traveled. Without exception, she has received exceptional care. Why? Because the facility is staffed by caring, loving, well-​trained professionals. When the Brocks built their facility, it was always with the animals in mind, and it was constructed with as stress-​free an environment as possible. For example, each dog has access to both the indoors and outdoors (not just occasional visits to the outdoors). Optional activities are available for the animals. For example, living on the property of hundreds of cattle ranch acreage, the owners were able to allow my dog to run, run, run (supervised) to her heart’s content when she was young and extremely energetic. Now, as an almost-​10-​year-​old, she takes advantaqe of «play time» where she plays with other dogs daily. Other options are also available («pool time» in the summer is one). I have also been aware that they have cared for pets for very long periods of time when military pet owners have been deployed or pet owners have been out of the area for other reasons. Their love and kindness toward these pets have been wonderful to see. And, when I pick her up, her comforter is clean and ready for her time back at home. I can hardly say enough wonderful things about Five Points Pet Resort. I am so glad that this committed, family owned «business» (although it is more like a «home») is in my area. When my dog is there, I do not ever have to worry; I know that she is being cared for as well (maybe better? :-)) as when she is at home.

We’ve been boarding out little fluffy princess here for years and are always so happy with the service they provide. Wonderful, caring staff; well kept facilities and anything your precious could need. I usually take advantage of their grooming services as well and have always been pleased.
It’s so nice knowing our dog is well cared for in our absence.

Five Points Pet Resort is fantastic, I don’t trust my pets with anyone else.
They are always accommodating, they understand that our pets are our family. They take exceptional care of our pets, understanding that each is different. They make our dogs and cat feel secure and loved in our absence.
They recently upgraded/​changed their camera system, which makes checking in on our pets even easier.
The staff are all wonderful, polite and professional. When our furballs are here, we know they are safe and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Excellent boarding and very friendly staff.
We decided to look for a nice place to board our furry family members after the last place we took our pups to left them acting strangely, almost scared. We wanted to make sure they received the best care while we were gone.
The staff was the best. They didn’t have anything available right away but was willing to find the best solution for us and our pups. We also called half way through our trip just to check on them and they were very happy and pleased to give us a detailed update.
It all worked out great and our dogs came back home tails wagging, looking very healthy and clean.

I have SERIOUS separation anxiety when it comes to my fur-​babies. I had to board them for the first time ever and was so nervous about it. I chose Five Points because it had so many good reviews and figured it must be a good place if so many people had something positive to say about it. Needless to say, it lived up to its reputation.
Making a reservation was simple. They require an upfront $ 25 reservation fee but this amount goes toward your reservation and if you end up canceling your reservation they keep this amount on file for you as a future credit (never expires). I found this place to be affordable considering you get such good service .The nightly rate for my first dog (I have 2 mini poodles) was $ 22 and $ 20 a night for my second pup. So total it was $ 42 a night but actually we got a military discount so it actually ended up being like $ 37 a night for both my dogs. Their last day there I had the option to either pay the $ 37 nightly rate or I could pay $ 20 for them to both get baths. So it cost less to get them bathed ($ 10 each) than it cost to pay the nightly rate. So my babies were returned to me nice and clean! They smelled so good when I picked them up. I also like that they have the option to do a late pick-​up (after hours) even though that option is kind of pricy ($ 65 after 5:00 pm). The customer service was great! The front desk rep, Jennifer, did a wonderful job at assuring me that my babies would be in great care while I was away. It really helped calm my nerves as I was truly on the verge of tears. I appreciated that she said I could call at any time to get updates on them and gave me a report card for them when I came to pick them up. The report card had details about their stay to include sweet comments from the staff about their experience doggy sitting. They also gave me a tour of the place and showed me where my kiddos were staying.
The only reason I did not give Five Points 5 stars is because I wish the late pick up wasn’t so pricy and I wish that you could pick up your dog anytime on Sunday (as opposed to 4 – 6). I also wish the regular suites had doors instead of a wired fence. Other than that, this place is great! I certainly plan to leave my fur-​babies with them the next time I travel and I plan to recommend them to other friends and family who need to board their pets.

I have a dog that does not trust easy. The staff at Five Points have gained her trust and she loves it there. I travel a whole lot for work and it is good to know I have a place she loves to stay at. She forgets about me when I drop her off but she is always happy to see me when I pick her up. Thank you Five Points!

This place is the best! It’s a bit far from my house (1 hour) but, they take excellent care of my babies! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to board pets.

My pets love it here. Whenever we go on vacation, we drop off our pets here and they love it. They get awesome treatment here, the staff are friendly and when I go to pick up my pets, they are happy and smell amazing. I trust these guys to my babies and give them 5 thumbs.
