I’ve been coming here for 9 years… long time… Can’t seem to get a inch of a smile from A certain barista. I have no idea throughout the years of being a customer;who tips very well; to have continued service as if my money’s no good there… Better luck next time eh?

I absolutely love Alex’s coffee in the mornings it’s always perfect. And she is friendly. It’s nice to roll in half awake and be greeted by her at 6:00 in the morning. If you are an early riser check it out.

I live in Rainier and having the Pizza place in town is very handy. The pizza is good but nothing to write home about and you can defiantly tell when they are close to the end of the day because the toppings and the quality of the pizza go way down. Watch out for the little red hair woman, she is quite a jerk and her rudeness on the phone when trying to place orders and when you stop in has pretty much chased me away from this place. The way I see it you can either make great pizza and have just OK customer service or you can have great customer service and an OK pizza but you can’t have a just OK pizza and just OK customer service. There is an Awesome pizza place in Yelm about 8 miles east that is really good and everyone there is really nice. I think the only time I will buy from Rainier Pizza and Espresso from now on is if the other place is closed and I really want pizza.

The best coffee in the neighborhood! They take phone orders, so call ahead to avoid the wait because they get really, really busy!

When you drive by the place make sure you don’t blink or you might miss it. Which really would be a shame, they have a selection that even the pickiest eater would walk away stuffed and happy. Let’s face it I’m a jerk when it comes to making my expresso drinks and have went to several places trying to find the perfect place and well this is it. Sue makes the best drinks in the area, well unless you love burned tasting coffee then you can stay with Starbucks or if your a rot your teeth out with sugar then Café Elite is right up your alley. If your looking for a drink that you actually sip to enjoy because your sad when it’s gone but looking forward to keep coming back then look no further. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the owners put little to no money back into the store. They could do so many things to make it stand out more and attract business but it seems to me they are afraid of the success.

Very cozy little place with great food at great prices! Don’t let the view from the road scare you away — there’s a bunch of dead gas pumps in front, and the building looks pretty old and small. Well, it IS small — the only seating inside is 6 bar stools against the window. If the weather permits, there’s lots of seating outside. But the food is really good and crazy good prices! As always, Anne and I shared — I got just the basic Bacon and Eggs and Anne the Breakfast Burrito with sausage. Not complicated food — just simple«home cooking» is what it is. The burrito wasn’t at all heavy or greasy, but rather — dare I say it? — delicate! Wonderful flavors and assembled very nicely. My bacon and eggs were just what I expected. The service and atmosphere are so welcoming as well! Very sweet counter service in an overall cozy(but tiny!) space. Note that they do not have a real bathroom — just a «porta-potty» out back — that might be a factor for some folks so thought it should be mentioned. Great little roadside food stop when passing through Ranier, especially if you’re after great food and low prices — bring the kids and just eat in the car!

Recently moved into this little town of rainier. I was hoping for a good food place and sure enough I found it! Love their americaunos and all their food as been wonderful. Ive had their mushroom swiss burger, my mom had their cheese burger and my dad had their monstrous burger made the mushroom n swiss way, it was huge! I’ve also had, multiple times, their veggie delight sandwich and I put pesto on there instead of marinara sauce and its the best! Just put an order in for a breakfast burrito with extra bacon ;) so excited! Thank you for being that outstanding place to eat where I can always rely on the food!:)

This is a small, tucked away hidden treasure in south Puget sound. Look for the restaurant behind some old gas pumps. Lots of parking, a small breakfast nook inside, and when warm, great seating outside. The outdoor seating is right next to the Chehalis walking trail – so this place is popular for bicyclists and joggers on weekends. I have eaten here over a dozen times(I live in the area). The breakfast burrito is delicious and big! My wife and I split it and are still full. We get it with both bacon and sausage. It can take a bit to make; we always call in ahead. In the summer and on weekends they can be busy; the kitchen is small, so be a little patient. For lunch or dinner, their hamburgers and fries are perfect. I think their buns are homemade. My wife loves their fish and chips. We travel a lot to the coast and these fish and chips are as good as any. They also have hemp milk for their lattes, so my wife has this as her favorite coffee spot. The owners are local, they care about quality and are a big part of the community. The staff are mostly friendly, sometimes they can be a little less than helpful – I think that is because a) they are busy, or b) I am not the most friendly guy in the world :). I have not tried their pizza because I always go for the burgers. In summary, if you are a couple, want to go for a nice walk, or drive out to Rainier when it is warm, come here for breakfast or lunch. It is not overly clean, it is small, but the food and surroundings are spot on. Enjoy!

I have been to this place many times. The second to last time I politely complained because I paid for a pizza that was missing the center part of the pizza! The entire center part was gone. The guy who works there was gracious enought to credit me one chicken wing to add to my order for my ruined pizza. I am not kidding. What a generous guy. This last time I got my order home to share with my family and there was something that looked like a loogey i.e. spit on the dressing container in the buffalo wings. I inspected this substance very, very carefully because I could not believe that someone would spit in my food. It appeared to be spit to me. I would not post this if I wasn’t highly upset by it. It was slimy, light green, and dangling from the container cup. We were all starving when we sat down to eat but promptly threw the entire order of food in the garbage. I am not sure who I pissed off. I am always polite even when they screwed up the pizza at time before… heck I came back and gave them my business. Gross. Will never be back.

Came here based on reviews within the area while visiting and friend in Rainier, and I am glad I did! The menu offers a huge variety of items from burritos, sandwiches, and creative burgers to pizza and the drinks menu is phenomenal! The Barista does an excellent job creating very unique coffee, soda and fruit flavored beverages of all kinds, in more flavors than you can imagine. The Giant Burrito is no joke, excellent hearty choice. The pizza crust has a distinctively unique taste and consistency, more on the pan style/soft side, the sauce options are a plus. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had but it was pretty darn good and fresh baked. Would definitely return when back in town. Especially for their coffee drinks!

Stopped in Rainier yesterday about lunch time. Had a great bacon cheeseburger. House baked ciabatta bun was outstanding. Good house roasted coffee. My daughter says their pizza is great, so I’ll be back.

This place is the best place to eat in Rainier. Their burritos are spicy and delicious. The philly cheesesteak and chicken strips are wonderful! The pizza is soo good you can even take n bake and the espresso is amazing. Did I mention the yummy fries?! The people are nice and really care if you like the food. They have a drive thru and daily specials. It is a small place but good food and drinks.
