History

Established in 2013.

Hi, my name is Brian Selby. I am the owner of this business. I started this company because it was the logical next step. I have worked in construction for over 25 years as a carpenter/contractor. I started out in 1981 as a residential framer. I decided to take the tool belt off in 2007 to work in construction management for someone else but the economy has taken a toll on each of those contractors so I needed to make a decision. I have built up a data base of great subcontractors and vendors over the last five years and have personally supervised and overseen $ 16 million in that time. Oberlin Townhomes in Raleigh, 3 Phoenix in Wake Forest, Lynnwood Grille in Raleigh, Sherills Dry Cleaners in Brier Creek are a few of the commercial projects. Countless home additions and remodels in Raleigh, Garner, Holly Springs, Carboro, Durham, North Raleigh and downtown Raleigh are a few of the locations that I have worked in.
