Don Lee’s Tire

I have taken both my car and my husband’s car now. Not only are they honest and professional, they are up front about their pricing. Both times I had estimates over the phone, and the actual cost was less. Furthermore, they did a great job and the price was on average better than every garage I called by at least 25%. Highly recommend.

Based on the advice from my usual car care folks at People’s Auto, I took my car to Don Lee’s Auto for an alignment service.
Facility is large and customer waiting area is clean. The man behind the counter can come off as a little gruff, but he isn’t rude, more of a «just the facts» type personality.
I arrived at opening time (7:30 a.m.). They quickly let me know my problem was a bit more dire than I thought, as two of my tires had bald spots and steel cord showing through. (Of course that did explain the thump-​thump-​thump I heard while driving!) I was impressed that they asked if I wanted them to do the service or if I preferred to do it somewhere else. They gave me an estimate for three tires that matched the one I had replaced about a month ago plus alignment, as well as the approximate wait time.
The service was completed quicker than estimated, and at about $ 20 less. My «just the facts» counter guy kindly mentioned they will rotate the tires at no cost and that they will help me take care of them for the most mileage.
The garage employees seemed to be very hard working, as they would immediately pick up the work order for the next vehicle upon being done with their assignment.
