Great staff, great choice of organic products and the Juice bar is AWESOME! Have been going here for a few months now since I found out about it from a friend and I love it. Def go check it out!

I came here looking for a replacement for my beloved MOM’s up north and was very disappointed. The produce section was tiny and everything in it was overripe, wilted or otherwise unpalatable. The bananas actually had dark brown spots on them. (Did they expect someone would buy them?) They did not have many of my staples, including almond-​milk or soy-​milk yogurt, and almost no pre-​made foods. I will not be back.

Well, it is not a real farm or anything close to it… Not a whole lot of fresh /​real food but they do have the basics.
Most of the aisles are stocked with a lot of other goodies which are all-​natural and organic. Stuff that you won’t be able to find at too many other places.
The place is much bigger inside than what it looks from the outside. Has just about everything you will need to live a clean and healthy lifestyle… If you are willing to pony up the big bucks. Nothing there is cheap, but that’s just how these stores are :)
Overall, a nice local place for the health conscious freaks. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Juice bar seems to be dead whenever we’ve been there, but maybe one day we’ll give it a try!

An absolutely wonderful locally owned health foods market. Everyone is so nice and willing to help and genuinely care for their customers. They seem to be very knowledgable with any question I asked. This place has been book marked and I will return when in the area.

Fruits, veggies, grass-​fed meats, hormone and antibiotic free dairy, supplements, skincare, and even a smoothie bar in the store. Excellent source for all things organic.
Large selection of wheat– and gluten-​free products.

I have been coming here for years. The place to learn, get great products and find things related to being healthier that you can not find at other place. I highly recommend them for healthy food and supporting wellness.

This place has the best all organic fresh juices in the whole area! I only eat organic food and love the store for carrying only the best products! I will definitely be back for more! The owners really care about the health and wellness of their customers.

I constantly came here for their juice bar. They offer similar health superfoods that Whole Foods do, but they have a little bit more IMO. If I’m in need of cacao nibs, goji berries, matcha, organic, whatever etc… I stop by here, and I don’t leave without a refresher juice.
Everyone has gotten so much nicer than the first time I came here in 2012. It’s my go-​to fresh & healthy juice/​smoothie bar in North Raleigh.

The own was kinda of rude to her employees. I had never been to this store but heard they had a good juice bar. Since I never heard of some of the things they use I asked the people at juice bar questions. I guess I took to much time or ask to many question but she came over and said they don’t know anything. Well there was more said but I got my drink and I won’t be going back. I’ll stick to whole foods.

When I was checking out, I found that this store has been open for over thirty years! What a great find. While it’s not as comprehensive as a whole foods, it does have a great selection of specialty health foods. I will definitely use this store for certain staples. Very nice staff.

Harmony Farms is a local treasure. They evaluate every single product they carry and are very picky about the quality of what they have. If it’s here, it’s healthful. They carry all kind of things that Whole Foods doesn’t (chocolate coconut peanut butter!). I love to take time and just look around, because there’s good stuff in so many nooks and crannies. Their snack and dried fruit section is awesome. I used to think they were way more expensive than Whole Foods, but over the years I’ve realized that sometimes their prices are much cheaper, sometimes more, sometimes about the same. They are happy to do special orders, without making you buy an enormous quantity of something. They also have a great perk: once your purchases have totaled $ 500 (over time, not in one shopping trip), they will let you take a shopping spree of the entire store for 25% off. If you don’t want to do it the next time you are in (for example we like to do a big shopping trip to take best advantage of it), they will let it just keep accumulating until you are ready to do your 25% off trip. My husband and I love this, because then we can take a chance on things we wouldn’t normally try, or that are a little expensive. They carry good local products, including local fresh fruit, bison and other meats, incredible raspberry honey, and chocolate mint honey. Their customer service is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and available without being overbearing. They are very knowledgeable and even pack the groceries really nicely. They have an extensive gluten-​free section, with great options. I just discovered their greeting card section, where you can get great cards for $ 2.79! Finally, their bulk spices are excellent. Whole Foods on Wade Ave just downsized their bulk spices a lot, but you can still get excellent bulk spices here. They have a juice bar I’ve never tried as well. We love Harmony Farms and if you like healthful food, I encourage you to try their handpicked, quality selection.

Thursday Plantation is the Tea Tree Oil I grew up on! It is strong so be careful and it is NOT meant for ingestion!
Silver! I LOVE eating Silver! I get it in a Spray! Irritating to Vampires, I’ve been accused!
Oregano Oil claims have gotten my interest over the past couple of years so my Bride and I are consider this!
Salt Deodorant I have used for years… Yes I’m scared of Aluminum!

Really expensive, but a necessary investment if you believe in the importance of your health. At times they do have slightly lower priced items, like tea, fresh bread etc. There is also a juice bar! Which is very rare in this area. The employees are very helpful!

Love the store. Great finds for gluten free products and extremely knowledgable staff. If they don’t have something you are looking for they will occasionally order for you.

Every time I return to my homeland of Raleigh NC, I make it a point to go by this small and conscious health-​food store to pick up an organic smoothie and green juice and peruse their awesome supplement section. They have cleansing formulas and high-​vibe products here that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Sure, Whole Foods is like 4 times the size of this place, and it shows in the produce department, but WF doesn’t touch the care and attention you receive here. Very homely. When I went there a week ago, an owner, ND, specifically helped me target some key supplements to help me with some gum issues to fix the decline to periodontal surgery prescribed by my dentist. All I had to do was ask. I feel really comfortable walking through checking out all the fun things they have in their store: books on healing, raw food treats, natural cleaning products, etc. Check it out!

Stopped by to get some Organic Valley milk, didn’t feel like driving to Whole Foods across town.
$ 6.01 for a half gallon! Are you kidding me!!! That’s the price for a gallon of the same milk at Whole Foods! Not to mention the staff was too busy chit chatting and blocking the isle for me to get to the milk easily.
Will be the last time I try to save time and stop here!

The store is so much bigger than it looks driving by. Stopped in last weekend and was very impressed. Had someone speak to us as soon as we walked in, and were asked if we needed help multiple times while in the store. I live out of town, so we only bought a few things, but great selections of Vitamins, Pet, and Cleaning supplies. I liked the small but fresh produce selections. I would definitely shop here a bunch if I lived in Raleigh.

I drove to Harmony Farms one day from Fayetteville (there are no good health food stores here) and was excited when I saw the very large selection of items. That excitement faded after I spent 50 minutes there and NO ONE spoke to me. That’s right — I was there almost an hour and not a single store employee spoke to me.
Additionally, I found them to be overpriced. I bought a bunch of bulk spices and that ended up costing me just over $ 50 — at my old HFS, that would have cost me $ 25, tops.
The selection is decent, but I do not shop at stores with lousy customer service — I’m never going back.

Harmony farms has all organic produce which is great. I wish they carried more local produce but they just started carrying fresh wheat grass which is great. You can def do all of your grocery shopping here. They have a great range of products. The staff here are all super friendly as well. All in all a good local organic and nutritious grocery store.
