I bought a picture in this home goods and never used it. It had original price tag on it. The cashier who were handling my return called someone else and the lady who came to check on the item explained that they typically do not take anything older than 6 months, but will make an exception and give me the store credit. She had to call on the store manager to see how much they will be able to give me in a store credit. The manager came to the front, without acknowledging or making an eye contact or simply greeting me, she looked at the price tag, looked at me and said that«nope, we are not taking it, its too old, from 2013» despite that it was bought there and I will spend the store credit there. I probably could look and find the receipt if I wanted to, but the service of the management level was so horrible, in front of her two employees and other customers, that I asked them to keep the picture and to have a good day if they could. Horrible service and very bad example of handling business. One said«yes» next said«nope» unless it was good cop, bad cop game, but won’t be shopping there anymore.

This store is a best kept secret for us amateur interior designers. A step up from IKEA/Target/Ross yet not much more $ coming out of your pocket. Sections I always browse are kitchen(great cookware), storage, curtains and towels. Great selection if you’re looking for lamps, rugs, pillows or mirrors. They usually have a decent amount of items on clearance which makes you feel like a rock star when you saved over 70% on a thingamajig you didn’t really need.

This place is the devil. I am really into decorating as I am in property management, and thats part of my job. However when I walk into this place, I can’t seem to get out without a new idea and empty pockets. lol They always rotate their supplies, and they are quick to go. Check them out.

This home goods is really nice and is convenient to where I live. They have a large selection of items and I enjoy shopping here. Parking can sometimes be a hassle since it is located in the Brier Creek area.

You never know what you may find here! They have a huge selection of very unique household goods and furnishings that range in price from very low to very high, and even gourmet foods! If you’ve not been here yet — what are you waiting for!!!

Shared store with TJ Max. I always enjoy browsing through Home Goods. You can always find something unusual or interesting. I have found out by experience, if you wait to purchase an item you like. Chances are that item will be gone when you come back. You can $ave big on the items they have. Everything is discounted way down below the retail price. They have interesting furniture niche pieces, lamps, wall décor, figurines, plant stands, and so much more. They always have something different when I come in. I usually have to get the wallet out when I come here, but I do not mind.

If you close your eyes while walking in the front door then open them inside, you’d think you were in TJMaxx-Minus-The-Clothes. Basically, that’s what it is. They’re owned by the same corporation, but I love their idea to spin off a home-décor-only store. Example: a friend of mine has two incredibly beautiful 100% lead crystal lamps for which she paid $ 300 each. Homegoods has basically identical lamps — not lead crystal, but looks the same — for $ 49 each. You can also land great finds for your bath, bedroom, kitchen, garden, living room and any wall in your house. Like Sue P and Gregory H, I too don’t like paying full price for anything but I like style. Like its corporate cousins, however, shopping at Homegoods is hit or miss, depending on what’s in the store. Stop in anyway — you never know what you’ll find!

Like Sue P states, I don’t like paying full price for anything either. I’m not as frugal as my bride(no need to wholeheartedly agree here, babydoll) but I do love a bargain when I see one. I’ll spend what I think something is worth, or less if I can. Last night was just window shopping, but it was refreshing to see any number of things I’d like to scarf up and take home. Nothing jumped out at me, though and said«TAKEMEHOME!» Maybe it was just my mood, I was tired and getting a bit worn out from chasing my little girl around who acted like she was in a candy store every time she saw something the least bit interesting. Don’t get me wrong, I love coming to this store, I just don’t have the strength or endurance(for now) to keep at it for any extended period of time.

I admit it. I’m cheap. I’m not one to spend lavishly. Anytime I hear a friend say they spent $ 400 on a set of lamps — I think I always die a little inside. That said, I don’t like paying full price for anyting. I don’t care if it’s designer or trendy, there’s a raw cost to manufacture it and I’m going to pay as close as possible to that price. That’s my estilo. For this reason, TJ Maxx(Home Goods) is where I like to go to decorate my home. We found(at this location) a gorgeous 10×12 rug(orig $ 700) with 3 matching paintings(orig $ 120 each) all for a little over $ 400. I knew that was the least amount I was going to shell out. The best way to sum up TJ Maxx is this… Maybe you don’t see the need to pay $ 100-$ 200 for a quality stock pot you saw at Macy’s but you’d looove to own one. You can easily find the same stock pot for $ 50-$ 70 in the Home Goods section at TJ Maxx. Out of all locations this is my favorite. The Beaver Creek Apex location used to be. However, there are just too many bargain hunters like me snagging up every good deal possible. I would have to camp out early in the store so I could shop in peace. If you want to decorate your home at a bargain price — do a little window shopping at Tj Maxx Home Goods.
