J & A Nail Spa

One of the businesses that I really appreciate. Love the way they run the place as they actually care about their customers experience. Clean and organized. They don’t try to rush me out when they get busy like many other places. The lady who did my nails took her time to make sure all my requests were met. They use modern and clean took for every use. Very reasonable price. Will definitely come back for many more times!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and getting great manicures with Marsella. I’m giving 2 stars because I made and appt for my boyfriend and Myself. When we came in they were not ready for both of us. It was a good 15 – 20 until someone was there to take the second appointment. It was not busy. They just had people leave them under staffed knowing there were two appointments scheduled. We wanted a nice night together and it was ruined. Not one Person apologized or anything. I am so sick of poor customer service!!!

My friends and and I have visited a total of 5 times since the opening and I am still struggling with the review stars.
I can say that the place is spic and span clean.
Their grand opening sign is very misleading.
15% off Grand Opening seemed to not apply to my manicure.
Nor my friends services.
Hmmmm…make sure you ask if the banner is still up when you arrive.
I have had two mani’s and one was great (but the extra services were a little roughly delivered) The second… was done by one of the leaders or owner and she was a bit aggressive on the cuticle removal and changed my color of nail polish after I chose it.
This was annoying and I didn’t feel like debating it as I had a hard week and wanted to just be quiet and let the environment be a bit of pampering.
Previous experience was gentle on the manicure but the add on enhancement hand massage lacked the gentle care of some practitioners. It was good, but perhaps a man would have preferred the approach instead.
One of my friends did not like the services she received on another day.
Another of my friends was absolutely ecstatic about her Pedicure. She has tricky toes and came away feeling wonderful.
The jury is still out. But I would go back.

This is a new salon by the owner across the street at Pretty Nails. I live in Chapel Hill, but was in the area and had been wanting a new set of gel nails. On a whim, I just went into Pretty Nails and saw May. She did an amazing job and my nails have lasted weeks! I never had a set be so strong and that saves me money. I’m driving all the way back just to go to her today. She has been moved over to this salon, I’ll keep going to her for sure. Worth the drive.

Great service and great employees ! They use good brands nailpolish and staff work really hard to make your nails look perfect.

One of those time when you are actually happy that your money was well spent. That’s how I am feeling right now. This place is just so close to my place but yet I have not had a chance to come. I decided to give it a try though there was no one rated the place yet and I did not regret one bit. Staff is just so nice and professional. I had a spa pedicure and manicure and the result turned out great. The lady who took care of me did a wonderful job, she took her time to make sure everything is right. They also have a great selection of good products and beautiful colors to choose from. The pedicure felt amazing and my nails now look fantastic. The place is clean and well organized. They follow sanitation procedures closely, clean up after every customer and that makes me feel very safe and comfortable. I am completely satisfied with the place, pretty much nothing to complain about. Highly recommended !!!
