Established in 2011.

KMT was established in 2011 by 37 year old entrepreneur, Reginald Oliver, who finally bet on himself after working under one of the largest HVAC corporations in NC for 12 years. Now, fully licensed, insured, and equipped KMT is taking off and showing the industry leaders how it’s done. With almost 20 years of experience and what has been said to be the best HVAC company out here, KMT is still the most personal yet professional, affordable without compromising quality and impressively responsive company doing business. Reginald, born and raised NC resident, decided to start business right here in the heart of our great state. A true family man and father of two young boys, who wants to leave a great legacy to them. With his impressive resume and a knack for problem solving he probably should have started his own business many years ago. Reginald, son of two humble NC loving parents, didn’t always chose the easy path or as he would refer, the path of least resistance. He, like few others, enjoys a challenge; the more complex, the better. Reginald is held in high regard by his social peers and co-​laborers in the HVAC field. His business, KMT Heating and Air Conditioning is no exception. With a following created almost entirely by word of mouth, KMT’s success is a clear testament to the exceptional operating skills of Reginald and staff.
