They don’t even deserve a star… my appointment was at 11:30. I got there on time for drug test and prints… its an hour later and I’m still sitting here!!! This is ridiculous!

Took me in fifteen mins before appt.

Absolutely terrible experience. Inefficient process and employees. 50 min trip for a simple drug test. Could have been out of there in 5 minutes. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Usually I have fine interactions with this medical testing facility. On 1÷8÷15, I went in to have a vial of blood drawn. Within an hour, I had a small egg on the site where the blood was drawn in the eye of my elbow. Within a day, it had swollen to the size of golf ball. It was hard and black and blue. My elbow, arm and hand was painful, stiff, and swollen. I iced the area, elevated it, and rested. As it wasn’t getting any better, I went to see the facility on Monday. They took pictures and said they would contact their medical team and have a representative call me. Not one person has called me. The facility has not checked up on me nor have they fulfilled their promise. This is truly awful care.
