This is the only person I will be using for any computer issues. I called Graham on a Sunday and he quickly diagnosed the problem and now my Mac works better than when it was new. Extremely professional and efficient. I drove over an hour to see him and it was completely worth it. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing amazing service.

Graham is my superhero. When I turned on my Mac one day and EVERYTHING was GONE, he came to the rescue. He worked for hours, and was incredibly patient, even though I was on the verge of a complete meltdown. Somehow, he managed to salvage all of my most essential business files and personal records.
Since then, he has been my support for upgrading and my go-​to guy for various tips on media and OS questions. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding in every way. 10 stars.

Graham did an excellent job on my macbook pro! It was running slow as molasses and freezing. Not only did he clean it up and install double the drive so it is rocket fast, but he updated all the software so it should be good for a long time. Very affordable labor and friendly to boot. Dropped it off for him and picked it up the next day before I went out of town. Knows his stuff and will explain whatever you want him to explain. Would highly recommend and will be using his services again for my fiancé’s computer.

This service was very helpful. The service tech was able to help me restore my itouch remotely. I didn’t even have to come in and since I paid for 30 minutes, he stayed on the entire time and helped me with another issue I had. I will definitely call them again if I need help.
