Beware! After purchasing my Unilocal deal and having my house cleaned I cannot understand how this company was the same that received such great reviews! I never leave reviews but had to share. The Unilocal deal is misleading and is not for $ 250 worth of services but for ONE rushed service. I ended up paying more by using the coupon than if I had just paid the hourly rate. Literally half of my house wasn’t even vacuumed, my hardwoods were still dirty and my throw rugs were never moved or cleaned under, items were left in place and dusted around (sort of), among many other issues too many to list. I really liked the ladies who came but have the impression they were told to stay only a certain amount of time regardless of the quality of service since I was a «coupon user»…gasp! The quality of the customer service drastically changed when they realized I was using the coupon… and this was just over the phone before my «cleaning» was even done. I should have seen that as a red flag and asked for a refund then, although I’m sure I would have been met with the challenge of dealing with the incredibly rude and unreasonable owner as I was this time in the midst of fighting for some resolution to my bad experience… to no avail whatsoever I might add. This might be an «okay» (at best) cleaning service but definitely don’t waste your time or money, especially if you plan to purchase the Unilocal deal.

This was the first time I’ve ever hired a cleaning service and I had a great experience. I needed a move-​out clean on short notice during a busy period (the week before Christmas) and Joanna was able to fit the job in and accommodate my schedule. The cleaners showed up on time and were friendly and professional. While they were cleaning, Joanna called me and updated me on their progress. The cleaners notified me when they were done and I was able to inspect the work. I was very impressed by how clean my apartment looked in the couple hours that they spent cleaning. I considered the rates to be very reasonable and would definitely recommend!

I purchased a Unilocal deal, and Maid in Raleigh will certainly have my return business. And relax! You can now stop with your search for a great maid!
The girls who cleaned my house showed up promptly and did an absolutely fabulous job. They were kind and cheerful as I wrangled my (occasionally) obnoxious dog from the house so they could do their work.
They took a quick peek of the house before I left to clarify what my main objective was (bathroom and kitchen please!!) and went over and above with their work.
Since we moved in not long ago, we’ve been working on project after project. Our living room is this month’s current disaster zone, as we tore out the mantle to completely revamp the fireplace. I honestly considered cancelling because I was so embarrassed by the state of the living room. I told the girls to please just ignore it and not worry at all about the living room since it was our current big ‘to-​do’ and I didn’t have any expectations for them to manage it.
When I returned home I welled up with tears of joy… They had straightened up the entire area anyways. They dusted off the plaster from the coffee table, and vacuumed up the debris that had been all over the carpet. While we still have to finish with our project, today I came home and didn’t feel like I was living in a disaster zone because of it. Not to mention that the rest of the house looked absolutely fabulous. I have no idea how two girls made so much improvement in such a short period of time. Bookshelves dusted, microwave glowing, shoes lined up neatly in the laundry room, dishes done! Wonderful, job well-​done.

I have been extremely pleased with Maid in Raleigh services! The cleaning team is prompt, fast, thorough, and extremely professional. Scheduling is easy because Johanna is so on top of it. My home looks great, smells great, and I don’t have to think twice about it.

We purchased a Groupon for a whole home cleaning and ended up signing up for the bi-​monthly program! We were floored with the work they did!!! Johanna and her team were very kind and accomodating. I loved how we weren’t limited to a 4 hour cleaning period like other cleaners. Johanna and her team worked until we were completely satisfied with every nook and cranny. My husband was skeptical about hiring a cleaner in the first place and he was floored when he got home at what a difference it made. We also have a dog (lots of fur) and they vacuumed and mopped as many times as needed to make sure it was all picked up. Maid in Raleigh is clearly dedicated to doing a wonderful job no matter how long it takes. We can’t wait to have them back next month!

Wow! Maid in Raleigh takes home cleaning to a whole new level. Johanna and her team personalize their services to our needs, and take the extra step to tackle areas I hadn’t even identified (like our cabinet faces). Our wood floors have never looked this good. Very thorough and detail-​oriented. I fall in love with my house all over again after every visit. I can offer my highest recommendation.

I originally bought a Groupon for 6 cleanings and have since signed on full time with them. Not only are they attentive to details, they ask about focus areas per visit to be sure you are satisfied when they leave.
I have one dog and 3 cats but they have never charged an extra pet fee. The house is usually spotless and smells wonderful by the time they leave. Houses over 3000 sq ft. will cost extra, but it’s definitely worth it.

Johanna and crew are absolutely amazing! They are personable, attentive, and incredibly thorough; a great value, and an absolute gem. We have them visit every couple of weeks, and it’s like night and day every time! We have a 4200 sq. ft. home, and they somehow manage to clean it, top to bottom, every time. We heartily recommend them.
