Business Owner

Jeff’s practice is limited to Family Law and Divorce matters including litigation, mediation and arbitration in Wake County, North Carolina. He is currently a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the North Carolina State Bar and the Wake County Bar. Jeff is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Jeff is a recognized authority on North Carolina Family Law and has been contacted by the local media for his opinions, insight and observations including an interview for UNC TV for a program on Domestic Violence, interviews by the News and Observer and an NBC-​17 segment on Internet Affairs. Additionally, Jeff is currently on the Board of Directors for The Child’s Advocate which is a local, non-​profit organization designed to be sure that Courts hear and understand a minor child’s opinions in highly contested custody cases.
