History

Established in 2008.

I have been in the HVAC most of my life. My father owns an HVAC business so I started helping him as soon as I was big enough to help. By age 14 I was able to do some service on my own and by 16 was in a truck doing service calls and installations. I graduated from Wake Tech with their Diploma in HVAC in 1988 and became a licensed contractor in April of 1989.

In 2007 I decided to leave my daddy’s company to manage a company.

In 2008 I stepped out on Faith and opened Services Unlimited and have been blessed beyond measure since. We have grown from 5 employees to currently 22. Our annual revenue has increased 4 fold in the same time as well.

Meet the Manager

Manager

James came to work at my dad’s company in 2003. He was a service tech there until he left in 2007. Later in 2007, once I heard he was not working for my dad, I made contact and hired him at the company I was managing. When I left to open Services Unlimited, I brought him with me.

James started out as the Lead Tech in 2008. In 2012 he was promoted to a field supervisor, looking after 6 subdivisions where we are doing new homes. Recently he was promoted to Service and Replacement Manager and will be overseeing service and replacement jobs, new customer development and customer satisfaction.

In 2012, James also received his NC Heating Group 3-​Technician license and will set for the full Heating Group 3 contractors license early 2014.
