My husband and I have been looking to relocate to the Raleigh area from Northern VA. We came down a few times before really making the decision and met with Shruti each time. Shruti is a Raleigh native and knew so much, not just about Raleigh but all the surrounding towns. We were not sure where we exactly wanted to be yet so we drove around everywhere, literally! She took us around town and really showed us the ins and outs, she also has snacks in her car which is a huge plus since this process can be long and hunger strikes! We finally ended up in Holly Springs and did new construction home to build our dream home. We were glad to have Shruti on our side and working for us, we could tell she was really working for us and truly cared, every step of the way. She came to all our meetings from contract, design center, construction, home inspection, and to the final walk through. This was our first home and we didn’t know what to expect and what our next steps should be and Shruti was amazing during the entire process always keeping us one step ahead of the curve and always prepared (always had our file handy!). She patiently walked us through each process. She even had great resources around the area from inspectors, painters, moving company and so on. We used her recommendations and they turned out just as great as her! We are now in our new home and she has done a great job with following up with us to make sure things have been going well. Make the right move and give her a call!

As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home can be overwhelming. Shruti was a wonderful help through the entire process from not only compiling a list of homes to view to actually making sure she was of service every step of the way – including the dreaded signing of paperwork. Having her by my side was reassuring as the whole process was new to me and I had many questions for her (everyday)! I’d highly recommend Shruti as your real estate agent!

Five years ago when I decided to build a house I knew Shruti would be the right person to help me in my search. Although Shruti was a good friend of mine prior to being my agent I knew she would be the right person for the job because of the way she conducts business. She is honest, fair, personable, and has the clients best interests at heart. Over the years I have seen her grow her knowledge base, client list, and continue her education so that she can excel at her job. An advantage Shruti has over many agents is that she grew up in this area. She has valuable insight on the development in Raleigh and the surrounding cities because of her many ties in the community. She listens to her clients needs, does the necessary research, and will never steer them towards anything they are not comfortable with. If you are looking for a home, moving to the area, or even just need some advice then do yourself a favor and contact Shruti!
