Shawn did it again! Once again you have made me one happy customer. I have been getting my car services here for over 2 years and love the impeccable customer service. The service station is always spotless. If you drop off in the morning, they always open up on time. The prices are great and I’m always getting service reminders along with coupons in the mail.

Service went well however I wish I understood more about drop off procedures and time estimates when I called to make the appointment. Also was not informed of possible charges for check engine light diagnostics when I called to make the appointment. It didn’t end up costing me but I would have liked to have known. Shawn (Sean?) was professional and helpful.

Made an appointment online. Came in early. Oil change and tire rotation in under 45 minutes… That’s pretty good. Plus I wasn’t sitting in a cramped Jiffy Lube waiting area and they had free wifi. So far maintenance has been hassle free. Even offered to wash my car real quick but I was in a hurry to scoot.
BACK STORY OF SALES DEPARTMENT…

I was getting ready to deploy (I didn’t use my status as a soldier to try and get a deal BTW… It did come up when I had to show employment history) My wife had a POS and I had a Silverado contractor truck that was only 2 wheel drive. I wanted a 4X4 because no self respecting man owns a truck that isn’t. (Seriously if you are buying a truck get 4X4, the gas mileage isn’t effected that much and it pays off when you need it. I am so much happier I know my wife can get the kids, make it from point A to point B when it snows during my deployments… And damn she looks sexy driving it. Really wish I got a Z71) SO… I bought my truck and my wife’s car on the same day (2 new vehicles off the lot for one sales person… Made His Day) I asked for side rails for the truck… My only request in the deal. My wife was upside down on her car and I knew what kind of deal I would get, so that’s the only thing I really asked for besides haggling the price. I made sure verbally in advance that’s one thing I needed. I was told that wouldn’t be an issue and it was part of the deal. I even said I didn’t care if they took them off my trade-​in since the last dealership added them on as part of the deal as well (no cost to me). Those didn’t fit due to the cab/​bed size difference. They still said they would accommodate my request. After I signed on the dotted line… It became a problem. I was told I had to purchase them and pay for the install. My wife’s father has a very difficult time getting in and out of trucks (as well as my kids) and that’s why I wanted them. When I make a deal and shake someone’s hand I stand by that. If I had gotten screwed over due to my own ignorance I would have accepted it. That really pissed me off. I’m a man of my word and expect others to be the same.
Also… It wasn’t that I got screwed out of the side rails. It was more of how I was pushed to the side right after I signed.
All being said. I got a Silverado and a Cruise at what I feel was a good price. I was very happy with the whole buying process up until the end. I guess it’s my fault. If you don’t see it in writing, it’s not part of the deal.

Bought a Tahoe from this place and they did a great job. Zach Goldman who was my sales agent was both knowledgeable and offered great service. So very nice to a sales agent that listens to you and understand your situation.

Service desk is rude. Going on 2 hours waiting for an oil change when I had an appointment. Terrible customer service. Go to Walmart before you go to the service Department here.
Changed from a 1 to a 3. They did give me the oil change for free and apologized.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I’ve had to take my car in for the same service twice now and they want me to pay for it! JOKE, not when your «certified» mechanics suck at what they do! I wouldn’t let them rotate my tires if I needed it… Service department lies to women, they called me and just gave me a price fiancé calls and hers more detailed information. STEP IT UP!!! Will not be returning for ANY service here at all even if it was FREE!!!

Look for Dana! The guy is an Allstar.
We ended up trading two cars in to purchase a traverse (bigger car for growing family). He respected time being valuable and did negotiation over phone and text. Even ended up delivering the SUV to my office.

Mike in service was exceptional in helping me use my coupon and very courteous! Also, the young lady who is the greeter in the showroom had a contagious smile that welcomed all who came in as well as on the phone. She also helped in finding the restroom and was a blessing. An overall positive experience! Plus, I wanted to see the saddle interior in person and a salesman brought the High Country model up close for me to see while I was waiting for my oil change. Very kind to do so. By the way, just as I told him, we just made our last payment on our Sierra and will not buy a future car/​truck for at least 2 years:) Trying to owe no man anything except to love as Rom 13:8

Will not recommend, grumpy customer service at Service Department. Ask them for a oil change and wanted my truck for 24 hours. Tried to set up for appointment and was denied got told they were not Jiffy Lube. Disappointed…

Had a great experience here at this facility. New to area and bought my vehicle in due to a problem that was quickly identified and fixed. Professional staff, very friendly. Will return if I had a problem again. And they will take you home if you need them too.

This place sold my elderly parents a lemon of a truck years ago and they would never own up to it. The truck had all sorts of mechanical problems from day one. Also after one service trip, we noticed when we got the truck back that the door hinge had been damaged so much that he has to lift the door up before closing it. They didn’t own up to that one either. Shady bunch. If you have elderly parents, steer them away from this place.
