Very very disappointed today with the customer service. In the middle of a transaction in which I still had questions, the customer service woman interrupted our discussion to answer the phone. I was then ignored while she dealt with the lady on the phone. When I complained she said her manager does not allow them to ignore the phone even when they are with a customer. What kind of horrible policy is that??? That is so rude!!! I was so angry, I took my package to Fed Ex and found it cost $ 5.00 less to get it to the same destination and a whole day earlier. Even the cost of shredding was cheaper at FedEx. You just lost my business UPS!

Went by to mail a package, need help finding the zip code. They lady behind the desk was more than willing to look it up. She was so friendly I ended up telling how many problems I was have with our US postman, that I getting mailbox in this store. I have never regretted it at all. This store accepts my packages and even sends me an email letting me know I have received a package. They hold it until I am able to pick it up even if I am out of town for no extra charge. They always are very friendly.

Literally signed up to Unilocal to post this review. I have no idea what the detractors are talking about — this place has incredible service. As a filmmaker I am always sending things out, including submissions to film festivals. Without any forceable small talk, the woman behind the counter wished me luck in getting accepted on my way out of the store. Anecdotes like these are the reason I return. The service isn’t a show for new business — it is refreshingly human and uncalculated, and makes overnighting with UPS prices as painless as it gets. Friendly is an understatement.
