History

Established in 2014.

I joined the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston team because they embrace one simple philosophy: we put our clients first. They also provide the cutting-​edge technology to help me get the job done.

CBHPW is home to the area’s premier new homes division, a mortgage company, an insurance services division, a title company, an award-​winning CARTUS network relocation division, real estate school, and a full-​service rental division. They are also firmly committed to giving back to our community, having established the HPW Foundation, the company participates in charitable and community outreach throughout the year for organizations including the MeFine Foundation, Susan G. Komen, Habitat for Humanity, and our very own Turkeys for the Triangle.

Business Owner

Originally from the Chicago area, Rick relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1998 and then to the Triangle area in 2006. Prior to Real Estate, Rick served in the US Army, worked in the construction industry and managed Online Marketing Campaigns for over 10 years. Rick lives with his wife, youngest daughter and 2 dogs. In his spare time Rick enjoys golfing, ice skating, walks with his family and hanging with friends.
