History

Established in 1979.

USA Flooring was started in the late 1970’s as a full service flooring store in Frederick Maryland operating as Ken Lloyd’s Carpet Towne. Mr. Lloyd moved to Durham North Carolina in 1984 and opened another store. In the early 1990’s Mr. Lloyd was approached by a large national flooring franchise company and decided to open locations in Raleigh, NC and Fayetteville, NC. These two stores were flooring outlets that provided a large and broad selection of in-​stock flooring. This concept gave the customer an opportunity to find quality flooring at discount pricing.

Seeing a need for more selection and quality installation. Mr. Lloyd formed USA Flooring. Now customers can have quality, guaranteed installation, selection and value all in one store. Come see us today.
