Business Owner

Dr. Sequeira is a local of Winston-​Salem, NC and spent most of his youth in the area. After attending Mt. Tabor High School for 2 years he began his career in science, attending and graduating from The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham, NC.

Combining his love for animals and science, Dr. Sequeira attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Biochemistry and eventually moved to upstate New York, earning his veterinary medical degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Since he was a child, he has always loved animals and is very passionate about providing the best care for his patients. Dr. Sequeira’s family lives in Advance, NC and are the proud owners of a gorgeous German Shepherd Mix, named Bella.

Outside of work, Dr. Sequeira has many hobbies he is also very passionate about, including playing piano, singing, and teaching hip-​hop dance. He also enjoys learning new accents/​impressions in his free time!

Dr. Sequeira is fantastic! Making an appointment was easy and quick. Everything was done for a full health exam right here in our home and our JoJo was very at ease. After the appointment, all necessary paperwork and health records were emailed to me for easy, paper free access. It was great! Dr. Sequeira is knowledgeable, kind, great with animals, and affordable! We will be clients for life!

Vet that comes to you! It doesn’t get any better than this. The dogs are so much better behaved in a comfortable environment like their own home. After having Dr. Sequeira come to my apartment and check over my dog many times I trust his word without a doubt. He is extremely personable and holds himself as a professional.
After rescuing a 6 year old dog we had Dr. Sequeira come give her an examination in our home. He did a great job of examining her and even broke the bad news to us that she had heart worms within 10 minutes of taking her blood. Phenomenal character and no one can beat his pricing. He even gave us the name of a vet who he personally knew who could do the heart worm treatment for a minimal price.

What a fantastic doctor!!! He took as much time as we needed, answered every question we had about our 2 dogs, and followed up with an email that gave us additional information on a problem my Boxer was having.
The fact that both dogs get stressed when we used to take them to the Vet made changing Vets a no-​brainer. I feel that I got much better service and a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr. Sequeira is one of the best Vets I have ever used. He is currently our doctor for Sampson and Shirley. The fact that Dr. Sequeira can come to our house and take care of our dogs is priceless. Sampson and Shirley love him and allow him to do all his work while they lick his face. The combination of knownledge and personality make Dr. Sequeira the best to work with. The best part is the dogs do not get stresssed taking them to the Vets office. It can sometimes be hard to have a 90lb Boxer who is going in one direction while our other 12lb dog goes the other direction.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Sequeira and have to several friends. You will be impressed with everything he does. I like the fact that he will spend the time with each dog and answer our questions fully. I had addressed some concerns with heartworm and vaccines and Dr. Sequeira made me feel extremely comfortable with all my decisions.

Dr. Sequeira is as good as it gets! He is always very thoughtful and focused with my pets. Having 2 large dogs, it’s much more convenient than having to bring them into the vet like I used to. Veterinary Care Anywhere is the most affordable, friendly, and capable veterinary service we have used!

I have known Dr. Sequera for many years. He is one of the kindest and best vets around. He truly cares about what he does and treats his patients like they were his own pets. He is able to come to your house almost anytime and even last minute. Plus his prices are inexpensive. Highly recommended!
