Debi Martines is founder and president of R Mechanical, an HVAC/​Boiler company in Omaha, Nebraska. Originally from CA, Debi moved to Omaha where she spent years (slaving away) as an (under-​valued) office/​store manager, and the go-​to person in other people’s offices and businesses. R Mechanical came to fruition after husband, Steve, 20 yr HVAC tech, started working at his fourth company.

Tire of working hard (and not being appreciated) for others, the entrepreneurial spirit in Debi went out on a limb to create her own business. She hired husband, Steve, who specializes in boilers.

Debi’s top priority is her customer and believes in providing exceptional service and great quality at a fair price. Consumers have returned the favor by becoming repeat, loyal customers. The company has a well-​deserved reputation for HVAC/​boiler installation and repair services.

Debi & Steve have 2 sons, a daughter, 3 grandchildren, 2 boxers, and 1 mean cat name Snickers.
