Specialties
We’re a small family-owned and –operated producer of premium Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah wines, grown in the Ramona Valley AVA, in San Diego’s inland North County. We serve wine tastings from our humble outdoor patio, weather permitting, on Saturdays and Sundays.
History
Established in 2004.
We produced our first commercial wines in 2004, but we planted our first vineyard in Ramona in 1990 and made wines from it as a hobby for many years. Victor Edwards is the winemaker, his wife, Beth, generally works the tasting patio, and their three grown sons help with various vineyard and winery tasks. We lost our huge barn during the Witch Creek Fire in 2007, so we have a small outdoor tasting patio overlooking our vineyard and are working toward rebuilding our barn with a winery building over the next year. Check out edwardsvineyardandcellars.com for more information about our family and winery. We invite you to bring friends and a picnic and visit us for a wine tasting!
