O’Reiley’s Plumbing

Be very careful with this company — I paid them $ 8000 to do a job they never finished. They also installed a new valve on our propane tank and it bled into the house. Could have been a disaster. The put in a flood drain from the front of the house to the back and did not level off the ground they dug up. Other work they did had to be completely redone for thousands of dollars. John said he would come back and finish — never did. We asked him for $ 1000 back and have him go away he never did anything there either. I was extremely disappointed and am considering filing a case against him in small claims. TOTAL disappointment!

A few months ago, I had my washing machine drainage backing up into sink. Called several plumbers who could not help me due to being out on other calls. But, I was given O’Reiley’s name and number. He immediately came out and fixed our drain. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I will call him whenever I need plumbing from now on. I love my town and now I love my plumber. My husband and I were both very, very impressed. You will not be disappointed.

This man saved me! Our main water pipe broke, and for three days my mom, boyfriend, and I were in a muddy hole trying to fix it our selves. We all were low on money so we were doing to best we could. On the third day I was bailing water out of the hole for the fourth time when he drove down or driveway by accident. He saw right away I needed help, and I couldn’t belive a plumber just showed up. He told me he would be back to help! He finished the job he was on and came back with the new parts I needed. He put them all in and the pipe worked! I am forever great full. I will only be calling him from now on.

John was more that helpful with not only my clogged drains but troubleshooting my low water pressure with my sprinklers as well. O’reiley’s Plumbing is now the only plumbing company I will refer to in the future. They are reliable, experienced, reasonably priced and will go the extra mile to not only fix the problem but teach you to prevent future issues. Living in Ramona I like to use local companies when we can. This family owned business is hands down the one to call. John is honest and knows his stuff. When we needed him he came out quickly and was able to do the repair on the spot. He is professional and very friendly. He paitently answered all my questions and made me comfortable making repair choices. I was pleasantly surprised at his very fair and low pricing. Cleaned up after the job mess (have had others leave mess behind). Will always call John at O’Reiley from now on. We highly reccomend him.

Excellent experience
John is an exceptional plumber. I just moved into my house in Ramona and I had a pipe break. I told him that I needed someone to come over right away. He was at my house within 20 minutes and fixing the problem within 30. He is professional. Pricing was very fair. I was expecting it to cost much more, especially since he knew I was not going to shop around. Everything was finished quickly and when he left everything was cleaned up. I will call him again in a heartbeat if I ever need any plumbing work done.

This is the greatest plumber experience we have had. We had our shower handle break off and John arrived right away. we needed a couple things done to it and he had the parts on hand, was fast, and best of all, it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg! In fact, the price was below what we expected! A couple of weeks later our shower head began running. We called him back and he came right over. The first thing he did was check our water pressure regulator. He explained that when things go wrong, one thing after another, it is time to check it. Sure enough, it was bad. That was when we realized that our sprinklers have been breaking a lot and a couple months ago we replaced our kitchen sink faucet ourselves because it was acting up. John had to order the regulator, It came quickly and he showed up exactly on time and went straight to work. Once again the price was reasonable. He gets right to work and seems like such a nice guy. He is clean, quick and we are so glad we found him. We wouldn’t think twice about calling him for all of our plumbing services.
