History

Established in 1976.

I started in Jan. 1976 as a contractor in Ca. then in 78′ moved to Az. and got a contractors Lic. there, back to ca. in 91′, re activated my Ca. lic. To date I have done Plumbing subject matter expert, (SME) services for the Ca. Contractors board for 15 yrs. As well been active in Plumbing Code development for about 15 yrs. My area of plumbing code interests are «Green Plumbing Mechanical», Alternate water, Rain and grey waters. Aquired my LEED AP, ARCSA AP, as well as Certified Water Manager certificate. In irrigation I obtained my CLIA (Certified Landscape Irrigation Accreditation) and use that to maintain my water managers status.

As well as plumbing, I have a website, DIY Plumbing advice .com, where 5 million people have viewed my how videos on DIY plumbing repair and up fit to smarter products. The inspiration for this comes from the need for water conservation, the leaders I have met at the professional events and committees I have attended. I do not watch TV or sports.
