Love this nail place!!! It is friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. Kim is excellent, she takes her time, does beautiful work, and is sweet as can be. Just moved up here to Ramona, and am so glad i found this nail salon and Kim. Kudos and Thank you Kim for a job always well done.

Today I had a Venus Pedicure and full set gel nails done. I was given exactly what I asked for and it looks better than I expected. I cannot thank Kim enough for the amazing job she did on my nails. I will be returning regularly. They also used sanitized equipment which they opened right in front of me. Their cleanliness is obvious, and appreciated. Great place.

I really have no complaints! Had the herbal pedicure and I loved it! If I could change one thing it would be that my manicure was after my pedi not during that way I could enjoy it!

This place is terrible omg I can’t tell you how upset I am came in for a simple fill and all my nails were bleeding and lifting less than 12 hours later she drilled too hard Linda was terrible my eye brow are not waxed straight my daughter had her nails painted and it fell off before we even got home seriously I want a full refund

Make this salon a destination! Here traveling for the holiday week when my daughter and I decided to get pedicures. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised. By all means the best pedicure we have ever received. All herbal in a scent or scents of your choice. Just spectacular. And very reasonably priced in a very comfortable & pretty atmosphere. Don’t look any further … get to Venus now!

Diane is amazing. Under her leadership, this is becoming a top-​notch place. Diane does an amazing job on my nails. I have a different style than most and I really appreciate her support in helping me obtain a more «classic» look without complaints. What I really love about Diane is her passion for continuous improvement and how everyone who works there seems to be sincerely happy there. She has a good amount of staff and even walkins are taken care of fairly quickly, no matter what time of day, or whether it’s the weekend or a weekday. They are flexible with scheduling and customer service oriented. I would say that if it’s your first time coming here, be sure to bring cash for tips because although you can pay with a debit or credit card, all tips are in cash. Here’s a picture of my nails by Diane, (this is a different look for me, since I normally have classic french tips)… Glad that I found this gem in Ramona.

I have been going to Venus Nails in Ramona for many years. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and help you quickly. Diane has done my acrylic nails forever. She is fast and efficient and does a wonderful job. I am very picky about my nails and she consistently does a great job. If I want something different, special or a certain way, she expertly takes care if it. I can’t come in every two weeks as I should as I live 45 minutes away and get busy. I frequently let my nails grow to 3 ¹⁄₃ & 4 weeks. In spite of how hard I am on my nails, they hold up well snd look decent until the next time I can get in. Quality work and products make the difference.
I recently tried gel on my pedicure and was pleasantly surprised. Lasted 6 weeks!
Great color choices no matter what you choose to get done.

They did it again, exceeded my expectations! I have been coming to Venus Nail Salon for over two years now, I finally got around to creating a Unilocal account to rate them. I never make an appt, I always walk in and they get to me within a few minutes. They use bowl liners and new mani/​pedi tools with every customer. So I’m very pleased with the cleanliness of the salon. Also, I come up with elaborate nail designs and they normally can meet my needs. I show them a pic of a nail design, and they try their best to make it how I want it.

Venus nails is by far the best nail salon in North County. They use high-​quality materials at an affordable cost. I had a set of acrylics that stayed on for three months without cracking chipping or falling off. When I did finally make it back in for a fill, Diane gave me a flawless set of natural pink nude nails. This is by far the best nail job I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her and Venus Nails to anyone and everyone who wants quality!!!

I love this place and I’m not even a girly girl. I bite my nails, and I’m pretty rough on them. To help me stop I get gel nails. The ladies at Venus do such a great job and there are tons of nail colors to choose from. The ladies there know how rough I am with my nails, and make sure my nails stay on to last. I’m way over due to go back, but I just can’t make it back up that way.

I don’t have the budget for regular mani and pedi’s but I do require a monthly brow wax. Dont want a uni brow like Bert on Sesame Street.
I always get in with little or no wait time. The place is priced about the same as the other shops in town. It’s clean. Nothing bad about the place and nothing exceptionally superior. It’s convenient being next to Stater Brothers though it’s a super busy parking lot.

This place does the job. It’s not a day spa it’s a nail salon. And when you compare it to the others in the area it is by far the friendliest and most accommodating. Sometimes there’s a wait and they don’t really let you know but everyone I have had do my pedicure has typically done a decent job for what you pay. I’ve been coming for a few years now and am still satisfied.

I went here for the first time with my friend, I got a full set of almond acrylic nails and the lady was very rude, she didn’t awful job and she made them too thin two of my nails broke the next day. I went the next day to get them fixed and that lady was rude to I would not recommend coming back here

I’m new to Ramona and also very pregnant. I needed a pedicure bad since I can’t reach my piggies. I looked at all the reviews cause I’m super cautious of nail salons regarding cleanliness.
I walked in and was greeted right away and seated in my massage chair (just what this prego needed). Once I picked my color of shellac and told her what I wanted she never tried to offer me additional services for more money which I appreciate. She opened her little tool box and pulled the tools out of a sealed sterilized bag. I’m one happy camper! She used a buffing pad that was never used on anyone else and after she was done she threw it away so I know nobody had to use it after me. Yay for you and me!!! She wasn’t that great at massage but it was good enough and she had a timer for the 8min leg/​foot massage so you don’t feel cheated. The price chart said $ 33 for shellac pedicure and when I went to pay it was $ 33. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE! Usually they tack on $ 2 for this and $ 5 for that. I went in, got what I asked for and paid. I will definitely be back! Great pedi and excellent service!

I had an older lady help me and it was awful. She tried convincing me to get the gel instead of the regular painting on acrylics and I told her no I’m okay because that’s not what I wanted. She was extremely rude about it and put no effort in after I made the 10 $ less of a choice. She was putting thick coats on with no effort and it would take forever to dry. She never put a finishing clear coat on once. And she said «it’s going to chip in 2 says» and then later «I hope you have this nail polish at home because it won’t last» just overly rude and not to mention I waited 25 minutes just for them to dry from a tiny cold fan and when I got home they all smudged. Which means after thirty five mins the thick coat she put on was still not try. Hands down worst manicure I have ever gotten

I went in today with my cousin for a pedicure for my first time ever. I chose the wax option and it was worth it. I got a massage and the people working there are very nice. I would definitely recommend this place and I know I’m going back there again

I usually am afraid of going to other nail salons than my usual but because of all the wonderful reviews, I had to try Venus Nail Salon!
This is such a nice and convenient location for anyone that lives in Ramona. The ladies here are so friendly. Linda helped me today and is such a sweetheart. Everything is clean and they have a wide selection of services. I can’t wait to come back!

The reason I rate this place a 3 is not for service because that is fantastic but for quality. Not only was I cut on my nail (not really a huge huge deal) but at least address it in some sense when you can clearly see the blood. Also if my nails are painted you should really remove ALL the nail polish even the blobs in the corners of my nail beds. Especially if it’s black. I’m very picky about my nails and that upset me. However the overall job of the nails, are pretty much the best I’ve ever had. I will keep coming back and having my nails done here. Next time I just won’t come with polish. Lol
