The wines were excellent and the service was wonderful. The owner(she and her husband make the wine from vine to glass) graciously answered all of our questions. We brought a picnic lunch to enjoy on the tasting patio. The favorites of the group were the Grenache Noir and the Cabernet Franc – the flagship wine of Wolf’n Rose. You can’t go wrong with any of their selections, however. We will certainly be back.

Very nice, small winery in Ramona. Marilyn and Steve are very welcoming and have won many awards for their wines. We even got a tour of the vineyards. The wines were delicious and the whole ‘dog theme’ is really fun! Bought a bottle of the estate-bottled(i.e. from their own grapes growing right there) Grenache.

If you are coming to Ramona or passing through on your way to Julian, I highly recommend stopping by here. Incredible estate grown and Ramona red wines! They don’t have signs on Hw 67 or Highland Valley Road, but you can easily Google their address and find them. I think they are usually there on the weekends, but you can contact them just in case. We were greeted by Marilyn in their very welcoming tasting area. Many of their wines have won awards in competitions. No jug wine here… Just quality wine that I can’t wait to have with my next grilled rib-eye steak! Great views of the Ramona Valley and Cuyamaca Peak too! Looking forward to future harvests! A+
