After visiting this place several times and never having a good experience I decided it was time for a review. The prices here vary as other people have said. The prices on the board are high but it seems that they are also adding in their own extra charges. I was also not offered a receipt on my last visit. Sketchy The people who work here are rude and disorganized. They are taking peoples orders from the middle of the line while the cashier can’t even handle the payments in a timely fashion. I won’t support this DD again and neither should you. Check out the ones on Rt 17 in Mahwah/Ramsey

This place gets ONESTAR. I ordered an iced skim latte. The two women working there are hands down the rudest two individuals I have ever encountered at any chain. Okay, no big deal, they made my latte hot. I requested they make it over and the woman took the pipping hot latte, dumped it into an iced cup, put a few ice Cubes in it and I burned my tongue. I then requested it be made over. They both started yelling at me and told me I didn’t specify that it was iced. I must have stated iced at least 4 times at this point. They had me waiting over 10 minutes for the drink when I finally said, I’ve missed two busses waiting for my latte. The woman then turned her back and started rearranging the donuts. This is the worst service I have ever received in the history. My latte came out light beige as if she had poured half and half into the latte. Stick to Starbucks on Franklin Turnpike.

I like Dunkin Donuts but I’m finding my experiences in the Ramsey area disappointing. The store here is small, so the selection is very limited to their«Express» items. So things like a chocolate glazed donut or sandwiches are there, but special flavors(like the coffee donut they were advertising on the windows) are nowhere to be seen. I guess I just had a weird experience here. The ladies were a bit rude, not directly to the customers(although the guy in front of me ended up getting the evil eye — was really strange), but they were talking to themselves(not in English so I assumed it was personal) before taking care of the orders. So, while people are waiting, you had to wait until they were done with their sentences to see any movement out of them. They were out of the juice we wanted, and I asked if they had any in the back. They just looked at me like I was crazy, but I repeated it wasn’t in the cooler, blah blah after a few times I just said forget it and gave my order which was eventually served(after they finished their talk). Handed me my change and receipt without a glance and just a muttered«thanks» and I left. So the selection was limited, juice was sold out, staff was a bit rude. Will try another location.

I like Dunkin, so this particular experience is limited to the store. From my visits to this store, the pricing is highly variable, they play price games. When it was is cold out they offer combos with iced tea/coffee, and then up charge for hot coffee. When it’s hot out they have combos with hot coffee and charge extra for iced coffee. Even when I buy the same exact thing, I have been charged different prices.

Decent location and very clean. Located in a mini mall with some other great stores, and it has its own private lot. The woman working behind the counter was really nice and friendly as well.
