History

Established in 1999.

Rum River Wine & Spirits was acquired in 1999 by Ron and Diane Low, whose vision for the store included the best customer service and selection of high-​end wines and specialty beers at affordable prices.

Now Rum River Wine & Spirits is a go-​to destination for the largest and finest assortment of wines, craft beers, spirits and related gift items in the area. The knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff is led by Rick, whose tasting ability and expertise has led to the most exciting and eclectic selection of specialty beers in a 20-​mile radius.

Manager

Rick enjoys sampling new beers and bringing them to the shelves for Rum River. In fact, his tasting ability and expertise has led to the most exciting and eclectic selection of specialty beers in a 20-​mile radius.

He does his best to seek out and try new breweries and beers, even family vacations are a good excuse for him to check out the out of state breweries and sample their latest brew creation.

You may have also seen Rick’s handy work, as he has done beer reviews for The Growler! The man definitely knows his stuff when it comes to good beer!
