Owner/​Master Technician/​Certified Auto Repair Instructor

I founded Al’s Auto Repair in 1978. In 2010 I closed the shop due to an accident. During my time off I went back to school and retained, I attended Hybrid classes at Solano Junior college, got certified as a Automotive repair instructor by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. During this time off I also was hired by Delphi, a leader in manufacturing Automotive parts, as a technical instructor.

I am an ASE Master Mechanic /​Enhanced Area Smog Technician proficient in all areas of repair. I have been in the automotive industry for 41 years. I am current in all my A.S.E certifications: Advanced Level specialist, Engine Repair, Engine Performance, Automatic Tran/​Transaxles, Manuel Drive Train and, Electrical/​Electronic Systems, and Heating and Air Conditioning, I also hold a Bureau of Automotive Repair Certified Training Instructor Certificate.
