Bring alcohol wipes with you if your child gets a rug burn because it will get infected. I received an infection from a rug burn after jumping with my little cousins and had to take antibiotics because it got that bad. That shows you they don’t clean very well and don’t sanitize the slides. Maybe after each session they should. Be careful when you come here and cover up your arms and legs.

We went here for a birthday party. My kids had a lot of fun. It seemed organized and the staff were helping and engaged with the kids. Kids and parents left happy. They seemed organized and the play structures were clean (not smelling like wet wash cloths or sweat). I am not sure if cleanliness is consistent – see other reviews.
I would consider this place for my kids next bday party.

We love going to BounceU in Rancho Cordova, the staff is always friendly and my kids always have a fantastic time. If you’re rating this place lower than a five star, you clearly didn’t talk to the manager who would have easily apologized for any inconvenience. I have seen time after time giving out free open bounce cards to atttend again, apologizing and just going above and beyoud customer service. They are typically prompt but occasionally yes they can get behind.
My daughter has been going to BounceU open bounce since she was 3 years old and going to the art camp since she was 4. My son has been going to open bounce since he could basically stand and is beyound thrilled to be able to attend bounce camp with his sister soon.
I had birthday parties at BounceU for my kids too and I appreciate that it’s half an hour in each room and half an hour in the party room. You can pay for more time if you feel like you need it. However most parents going to birthday parties are ready to get out of there, so it’s definitely a good amount of time. Birthday parties are pricey almost any where you go. I think it’s a fair price for the level of service you get.

This is a horrible place to have your children’s birthday party if you are Hispanic. We had my three year old grandson birthday to which we paid $ 588 to only have the cops called on us to make sure everyone left without any issues. The problem was the only person that new of any issue was the employee. The general manager felt nothing was wrong with 5 Rancho Police officers being called to a three year old birthday party. Apparently two of our guest high school boys were using foul language and the employee was very uncomfortable, I am sorry she should of come to me or any of the twenty other adults and asked for us to take care of the situation instead of calling the cops like we were criminals. I will give it one star because up until the end we were having a nice time.

I’ve bookmarked this place for months. I’m always looking for something inexpensive and different to do with my kiddo. Last night I decided to come by with my 3 year old and my 7 year old niece. We came during open bounce /​cosmic night. We arrived 10 minutes before the 5:30 start time but they were almost 30 minutes behind. There were 2 birthday parties going on and one group didn’t fill out the info/​waiver form so they pushed everything back.
There were a lot of people there, due to the two birthday parties and everyone else who were waiting in the front area. Kudos to most of the employees for handling the crowd pretty well in a friendly and professional manner. There was one girl who acted indifferent when it came to responding to a child’s question but I get it. Kids suck sometimes and they zap your energy faster than anything. Special acknowledgement goes to the male employee who looks… Asian or of Latin descent. He was engaging to all the children, telling them stories while they waited, talking to them, asking questions about their Halloween. He played with my child by pushing him on the little scooter toy and I saw him play with plenty of other kids too. That is a good employee!
After filling out the info/​signing the waiver form via a tablet and then paying at the front desk, the kids watched a safety video. Then they’re let loose. For 30 minutes we played in one room and then for another 30 minutes we played in the second room and they turned the black lights on and everything was all glow in the dark.
At the end of the night, the kids had a great time. They left Bounce U exclaiming how much fun they had. My only complaint would be the wait (we drove almost an hour away) because of the mix up, and it just seemed like a lot of kids and not enough employees regulating. There was a LOT of pushing and shoving and parents that were WAY over the weight limit using the slides and no one said anything. There was a kid that ended up being too scared to slide down and I could see him crying in the corner and then some other kid just shoved him down and because the crying kid wasn’t prepared, he flopped all over the place and landed weird. Also, because of the amount of kids and the back to back parties, and the fact that they were late, maybe the place didn’t get a good disinfecting because it reeked like sticky sweaty body odor.
I’d love to come back during toddler time for sure.

I have had 2 birthday parties at the roseville location. It’s all fun and great minus the price for the time. I did the 8 kid premier package both times. They get 30 mins in 2 rooms. Which is fine, seems to be an ok amount of time. But then you go in the party room and have 30 mins to eat, do cake, and do presents. This includes serving the pizza and drinks to each kid. Finding out what they want to eat and what kind of soda. By the time the kids get their food, you have little time left. You still have to serve cake, sing and do presents! They rush you out of the room when your times up. My kids only got to open one present in front of everyone and then had to finish in the parking lot. The place is fun but they need to allow more time in the party room. I got the 8 kid party package, 3 pizzas, 2 sodas and did the glow room for the kids and it was around 280, way too much for being rushed and not having enough to time to feed the kids! Kids love the place but please fix this issue. I had other parents at the parties complaining of this problem as well. I told the manager and so did another parent. It was ridiculous.

I took my 3 year old nephew and my 15 year old son here for open bounce. They BOTH had a blast. They had enough stuff for the big kids to be silly and a fair amount of stuff for the baby! A winning combo in my book. I even got to bounce I mean help the 3 year old. We missed the toddler bounce but the hour open session was perfect. I like that there was an end because then I just had to tell the baby that they were closed and with all the other children leaving he was good to go as well. We liked how we switched rooms at the halfway mark. For my boys the second room was the best. The t-​ball station was perfect and everyone enjoyed the jousting house with the basketball hoops. Of course the in the first room the shooting of the balls is always popular.
I felt the place was clean and bright. I didn’t feel as if I was in a germ pit. The front counter staff was sweet and helpful in getting the kids registered and buying socks for the little one. We most certainly will be back as it is an awesome place for when it just too hot outside for the park.

We took our 2 ½ year old son here yesterday, and it was a blast! We are fairly new to the area and brought him to play here for the first time and the place and staff exceeded our expectations. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly. We paid for our son to play, but we also got to play! We definitely will be coming back and will even consider having birthday parties here. It’s a great place to bring the family for some active fun! They recommend making reservations since they get pretty busy.

So it was my youngest birthday on a Tuesday so we thought we would give this place a shot. What a wonderful little location! Not overwhelming with space and not packed like a public swimming pool on a hot sacramento summer day! Lol my two boys (8y & 12y) and I enjoyed ourselves, not only was the bounce rooms great clean and safe but it was a Valentine’s Day special /​event. We played in two different rooms with up to 5 jumpers per room Bounce U had arts & crafts family night. The real cherry on top was the snack that Bounce U provided for the kids!!! Much need after one hour plus of jumping. As a parent you learn to pick your outing days appropriately so you miss the crowds. Me and mines will most definitely go back there, SOON… Thanks Bounce U staff six thumbs up

You guys did a fabulous job today! All the staff was friendly and accommodating! Our hosts were great with the kids! Loved how I didn’t have to worry about anything! Fabulous jobs guys!

We made a mistake, and it was our fault… sort of. However, the customer service is why I am leaving this with a low ranking.
I had been to sky high before, and having my 12 year old Goddaughter with me, decided to try this place out. Big mistake… there were nothing but rabid 4 to 6 year olds running around, in an enclosed room with a few different bounce-​type appartuses.
Less than five minutes, I asked for a refund. They claimed they couldn’t, and would have to leave a note. Fine… whatever. Left my phone number. So…
Got a call today stating they don’t give refunds, and would I like a voucher. I explained the stupidity of giving mea voucher, as not having a good time there was the whole point of leaving after 2 minutes and wanting a refund. I explained my Goddaughter was 12 and too old. I was told right away that her age shouldn’t matter, because «I just hosted a birthday full of 10 year olds who had a great time.» Well, grown men hold pony conventions and dress up like Pinkie Pie… doesn’t make it right.
After a little more conversation (and a call back after the manager had to speak with the owner), it was decided that, even though they don’t give refunds, the owner will mail me a check for the refund. I hope so…
When I receive the check, I will add a star (perhaps)

Attended their 11^th Anniversary open bounce session. I was worried there would be alot of older kids. I was surprised, there were kids mostly 3 – 7 years & mine are that same agegroup so thats good. It doesn’t say recommended ages on their website. Perhaps a thought? I’d say easily more adults than kids but certainly lots of involved parents enjoying themselves. Lots of chairs for the sitting Mommies. Another thought to suggest proper attire for both parents & children. I saw some outfits that weren’t well planned. Overall quite an enjoyable time.

Just came here yesterday for a birthday party and was fairly impressed with everything! The kids (mostle 5 – 6 year olds) had a blast! The mom of the birthday boy was relaxed – there was an employee with the group the entire time – taking pictures (which ended up being streamed into the party room where we had pizza and cake). He stayed on top of things – kept the kids engaged and kept things moving on time! They had a black light room that was so neat – the kids were so excited – it was nice to see them working out all their kid energy!
The guy that was working on my friend’s party (Chrisitan) did such a nice job – he made everything run so smoothly and it seemed like he left nothing for my friend to stress over! Def. made a note of that and when my son’s b-​day comes around – this place is an option!

I’ve been to quite a few birthday parties here and every one has been fun for my little one. We have never considered this place for a party though because it always feels a little rushed. I understand they need to get in as many parties as they can but the kids only get about 30 in each room if that. I prefer having parties that allow for a little more freedom time wise. Great place if you’re looking for something cheap and fast.

Staff was nice. went there for an open play session. 75% of the people there we straight out of the ghetto. some kids dad was even walking around with a half-​smoked cigarette in his mouth. NOT the type of things i want my daughter seeing or thinking how a child’s parents should behave. The place is geared for older kids for the most part. it was the only place open at the time so we gave it a shot. we don’t have any plans of returning. There were even empty miller light bottles on the ground in the parking lot. once again– Ghetttto. no thank you.

I am very happy with my birthday party event at BounceU. The staff was extremely helpful and on top of their job. They keep the parties moving like clockwork, so the only downside is that you cannot add extra playtime on weekends. We had the Mega24 package with 1.5 hours of bouncing and 1 hour of lunch and cake in the dining room. The catering was better than I’ve had from other party places; the pizza is Mountain Mikes and the sandwiches are Mr Pickles. I wish we could have had both spaces for longer, but honestly the kids were plenty tuckered out after a 2.5 hour party. I brought my own photobooth, but we barely had time to do pictures, so I would say trying to add any activities over their normal games/​playtime gets too hectic. Even though I tried to add extra activities like the photobooth, the staff were very open to making things work. I love that they allow adults to play on the equipment too (not just supervising/​assisting with toddlers), because we had a fair number of aunts and uncles who wanted to play on the equipment who don’t have their own kids, and I know other bounce houses have more strict policies against having adults play on the equipment. The party helper takes pictures during the party (~40 good shots), and you can buy access to the photo link for $ 20; the only snafu was they mixed in pics of some other kid’s party too. The party favor pack is a good deal, and all the kids loved the blow-​up bopper.
I will definitely consider BounceU for future parties, and will come back during open play and special events.

My girls went to Art Camp on 12÷23÷13 and had a great time. they made cute crafts for Christmas and they had a great day, and I enjoyed sometime to myself. I got the deal on groupon for half price, only $ 22 per child vs. $ 45. It was a great deal, and if they do another groupon in the future I will surely purchase a few more.

Fantastic venue for a kid’s birthday party! They took care of everything and made it so easy for me as a parent. Tim, our party host, was so great with the kids and really put 100% into keeping them entertained. The bounce rooms had lots of fun features, no way to get bored here! I’d highly recommend it.

Fun place to take kids $ 7 open bounce.

This place is fantastic for kids, adults, and adults who have no problems letting out their inner kid. I’ve been here twice and had a blast and I don’t even have kids. In fact, I normally am not a fan of being around this many wild tiny people in one place, but Bounce U takes the reins and handles everything in the most awesome way.
From what I can see the process is as simple as this:
Book a party.
Reserve a time slot.
Show up on time, and staff puts all the presents on a cart to be taken to a private reserved party room for later.
All kids are wrangled into the first bounce room.
1 or 2 staff members supervise the wild things while parents either relax on the side, mingle with other parents, or join in the sweaty bouncy fun.
They even sometimes get on the intercom and engage the kids in «Red Light, Green Light» and other such fun games.
Move into the second bounce room. More crazy fun and sweating happens. More parental mingling and more staff supervision.
Then finally when you’re all hot and dripping, wishing you had foreseen channeling your inner 8 year old and wore lighter clothing, everyone is wrangled one more time into the final party room. Two long tables are set up, one for parents and one for the kids. At the end of the kid table is an over-​sized awesome throne chair, just for the special birthday boy or girl. The staff serves the kids, and once more the adults are free to just relax. You can order pizza here or bring your own food, they’ll serve it either way. And if 15 sweaty wild crazy tiny people are suddenly clamoring for more pizza, more water, I want juice, I don’t like pepperoni, blah blah– staff has you covered and takes care of it. It’s amazing.
Once the kids are all finished, your special Bounce U staff carefully pulls the throne back, has all the guest children sit on the floor, and present opening commences. I think staff even writes down who got your kid what! Then cake happens. And then guess what? You leave. THEY CLEAN. And you go home with your kids hoping they will take a nap but it’s probably you that is going to pass the eff out because you haven’t jumped around like that in 10 years and your ass is wiped out.
I think I’m going to have MY birthday party here.
(Ps. The only thing I would recommend is that another garbage can is added to the final/​party room. There is only one and it’s in the far corner. When you have a full party, this room is packed and it’s hard to get to.)
