Callen Pool Supply is a retail store that also offers in-​store repair of pool cleaners and equipment. We do on-​site installation of new pool equipment and repair of current equipment. We carry a wide variety of brands such as Pentair, Polaris, Bioguard among others. If you have a special need we can often have it for you next day.

History

Established in 1976.

Karen Callen-​Anderson started Callen Pool Supply out of her garage in 1976 and has been growing in Rancho Cordova ever since. We are a proud supporter of our schools and sports in our community. We are thankful for all of our loyal customers who have become friends and for the new customers that come our way.

Great customer service every time we have been in. We are new pool owners and cant say enough about the customer service we receive, they make the worry go away from maintaining a pool on our own. How fortunate are we to find them compared to what we have heard about other pool stores. Plus they are a baseball family too! win win

Great service — shame on me for not Unilocaling them much sooner — how did that happen :-)!!! We’ve used them for about 23 years for tons of advice, water testing, products, many major and minor repairs on our in ground pool and spa, as well as specific referrals when we had an apparent pool leak or needed short term pool maintenance. Our most recent repair turned out to be pretty quick and minor but important (pump wouldn’t prime despite trying several fixes so we couldn’t run it). We also had Mike clean the filter all at a very fair price. He was able to come out quickly before the pool had time to turn green. Karen and Wes are always terrific too as well as the other employees.
We sure appreciate having Callen in our area!

I always try to support local businesses and this place is one of them. They are testing my pool water for maybe six years now and getting chemicals from them or whatever i need for my pool. Very nice honest people and i highly recommend them.

My spa has not looked better since I started going here. Wes has never steered me wrong on a product. When I ask a question he gives me my options and doesn’t try to sell me a bunch of junk I don’t need. They do free water testing too. My spa was a mess before I started going here. I used to get my supplies at big box stores and they are a little cheaper there but no one at those stores knows anything about spas. I recommend that if you need spa stuff you support this family owned business. Everyone is super nice. And NO I am not related to anyone at the store or friends with anyone, actually I just wrote a bad review for another business and realized that need to write more positive reviews about the great business out there so they can stay in business.

My family has been going to Callen Pool Supply for around 30 years! Even though I don’t have a pool myself, I often help my parents in taking care of their pool… after all, I grew up swimming in it and occasionally swim when I visit, I might as well help out a little!
I love going there. The customer service is amazing… they treat you like family when you walk in and most of the time don’t even need to ask your name when they need to pull your account to test your water. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair.
30 years worth of positive experiences is just way to much to even begin to list here! Not only are they a great business, they are VERY involved in the community. Callen Pools is one of, if not, THE best independent family owned businesses around!

Our pool’s creepy crawler was no longer crawling about our pool – so I took the crawler into Callen’s last Fri. to see if it could be repaired. The next day I rec’d a call that after looking the crawler over, the tech believed it could be restored so I gave the OK to repair it.
Today (Mon.) rec’d. call that the crawler was ready.
And yes it does work – it’s crawling around our pool right now – all at a fraction of the cost of what a new pool crawler would have cost us.
I highly recommend Callen’s for any pool needs and/​or repairs.
