Cordova Community Preschool and Daycare

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have our youngest son (3 year old) attending Cordova Community Preschool. We completed quite an extensive search when we first started looking into preschools/​daycares. Our goal was to enroll him somewhere, where he would be able to socialize with other kids in a structured learning (and fun) environment. When we first met with the Director, Mrs. Kathy, she took us on small tour and we were able to meet some, if not all of the teachers. We then sat down and got all of our questions answered and after that, we knew it would be a great fit. Our little guy was 2 at the time and they had no openings, so she put us on the waiting list. She suggested that we check back with her once he was fully potty trained, as there was a very limited openings for non potty trained kids. We put the potty training into full gear and after a short amount of time, we called Mrs. Kathy to let her know we were 100% potty trained… Our timing happened to be perfect and within a week, our little guy started attending, 3 (half-​days) a week, M, W, F (in the Circle class with Ms. Lisa as his teacher). The adjustment period for our little guy took about 2 – 3 weeks, as this was the first time being away from immediate family. It has been a little over 4 months now and he was so excited (and proud) to be promoted to the Triangle class, with Mrs. Lisa as his teacher. All of the teachers and staff are just wonderful and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Cordova Community for taking such good care of our little guy!

My oldest lived this place and the teachers really care about the kids. The school is clean and prices affordable. They have a good system in place and keep the kids safe.
They also have a great Christmas program they put together with the kids and parking for drop off and pickup is convenient.

My son has been with Cordova Community Preschool for two years. As he is transitioning into Pre-​K at my parish, he was tested by the principal at the new school and did everything very well! The principal was very impressed and so was I. I could not believe all the skills he learned from all the staff at Cordova Community Preschool. My son also being an only child blossomed socially. The staff were very patient and provided care that superseded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to their school if they want quality care and education. I am sad that my son will no longer be at Cordova Community Preschool, but I am so grateful for everything they have done. Kudos to Mrs. Kathy and her staff of amazing teachers!

I love this preschool. My daughter’s been going there for about 6 months and I couldn’t ask for better care. Love love love CCP!
