Super awesome service. Guy was so genuinely nice and helpful, not pushy at all and we still ended up spending twice as much as planned.

I highly recommend coming here. If you aren’t sure what you’re looking for and you want a huge selection this is the best place to go. I’ve got both my dab rig and glass on glass bong from here.
Both on Black Friday considering I will admit they a bit pricey here, but you honestly pay for what you get. All real hand blown works of art. The employees and especially the owner will educate you 100% with sincerity. I came here only taking one dab before in my life, ask the owner to show me everything I need and all the best tools to get. I got everything from here, my torch top, my dab tool, my ceramic nail.
I get compliments on my two pieces a lot. And one is over a year old and holding up amazing not to mention all my tools and nail are also all in great condition.
Just 100% recommend. Can’t comment on the other location though, I have not been.

GaGa smoke shop rips people off!
My friend Karlin came here and got taken for $ 160.
They sold him a Kangertech Sub Box Mini for $ 116, everywhere else its only $ 60 bucks. They also sold my friend 4 batteries, why? The sub box mini only need one battery to run. Selling him 2 batteries would have been suffecient. The also sold him a bottle of BirdBrains by Cuttwood. they should have started him off with a lower end juice. Why give him the top shelf when he can’t even tell the difference?
For $ 160, I culd have bought a Sigelei or Snowwolf Temp Controll mod.
Be weary of the prices in this shop, they will take your money and sell you old tech with new tech prices.

Very clean, nice displays… very friendly service.
Though I don’t smoke, I sometimes pop in for some lottery scratch offs or a random quick pick! Winner!

I visited them to get back into vaping (and out of smoking) the first person I dealt with set me up with a basic vape pen. All in it was $ 80 for it. I had told him I didn’t want to drop $ 200 – 300 on a big bulky vape system that is a hassle. I said I want a simple to use system that will last all day. After he set me up and sent me on my way, a day or so after I realized that my battery is super small and only lasts about a third of a day! Well I went back in to get some more eliquid and was talking about how I needed a second battery because the one I was sold doesn’t last as long as the prior sales person had touted. Well, the other guys started showing me all the other options (all the while trying to up sell me other bulky and pricy add ons) and pointed me in the direction of a battery that would «last days» and yet met my original budget. When I asked them why didn’t they tell me about this the first time I was in, their reply was «because we want to sell you the less expensive stuff first so that way you will see how it isn’t that good and you will want to come back and upgrade.»
Are you F’n kidding me!!! You purposely sold me something that you KNEW wouldn’t perform so that way I would come back and buy a COMPLETE NEW SETUP?! That’s such a rip off! They admitted to my face that they would rather keep selling me «the next step up» instead of getting me what I wanted the first time. I spent $ 80 the first time when I would of happily spent the extra $ 20 for the better battery. Instead they are suggesting I spend another $ 100 on this complete «better system»
What a joke.
To top it off, when I ask them about eliquids and trying to find one that wasn’t fruity (you know like a tobacco flavor) they kept telling me how I was wrong and I want some fruit or candy flavor because «that what other people get» hey dipsh! ts, I’m not those people! If I want a tobacco flavor (because that’s what I like) then do your job and suggest something that meets my criteria! If you don’t have it, tell me! Don’t try to sell me some cotton candy apple pie BS and then suggest I’m wrong when I want a tobacco flavor. That’s BAD BUSINESS!
All these liquids cost $ 8 – 14! Guess what?! I have $ 30 worth of WORTHLESS liquid because «this stuff is the best». Yet when I ask to try one or smell it they reply they can’t open it or they are out of trial tips or whatever. They want to sell you a product you won’t like so you come back and try another. My money is no game. They are not getting another cent from me!
I’m pretty PO’ed at how these skrubs run their shop. They definitely won’t get any customer recommendations from me!
Stay clear of these folks!

Came in today to look at my first vape pen and the staff was more then patient and helpful! Really surprised at how great of an experienced it was. Made a Unilocal account just to write this review.

Best smoke shop in town! The staff and owner are cool and all their products high quality.

Since they were closer to my home, thought I’d try them out for solution for my e-​cig. They had one I liked, then ran out of stock. They suggested another one, which was awful. So they suggested another one, which was better, but I was stuck paying for them both. The owner said, don’t worry, when the Mist brand comes back in, I’ll give you one. Of course, they never came back in, so I went to purchase the other brand they recommended. I told the owner, that the one he gave me didn’t seem like the same type as last time. He said not to worry, if I get home and it’s not the same to return it and he would exchange it. It wasn’t, so I brought it back and the guy working said he can’t do exchanges and would have to come back some time when the owner is here. Basically, I bought two bottles I can’t use. Never got the free bottle for my trouble and still have to come back when the owner is here to get the exchange.

This was my first experience in buying the vapor. AJ was very patient and helpful. He made sure to show me the tips and tricks and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back!

I was here today getting A hookah pipe and the address on this place is all wrong it’s 4140 sunrise. The guy was awesome very informative about how hookah pipes work I will be back

First and last time I go in way over priced they laughed because the guy messed up and charged me too much. The right thing would have been to say sorry and fix the problem not rip people off !

Over priced and not very competitive. Almost all smoke shops I’ve been too will negotiate on price. Well not this place. Prob not coming back.

The selection of shisha here is amazing. They are always super patient with me as I smell 8 million favors because of how picky I am, and have no problem giving their honest opinion on a flavor.

with an hours worth of questions and Ali helped me with every single one very politely and intelligently. Didnt get a used car salesman vibe either, just very nice people with a huuuuge selection of product. Ive bought two pipes two bongs and a vaporizer here all worked amazing.

Seriously, this is the BEST smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a good amount of smoke shops in the Sacramento area. This shop is definitely the most classy, most clean, most hip, most SELECTION and has low prices for quality items. They don’t rip you off like the others. I appreciate the effort they put in to having local products in their shop. I’ve seen so many artistic pieces, this place is like an art museum of smoke shops! The three brothers are really knowledgeable and up to date. They bring whole other aspect to a smoke shop. This is the Apple of your local smoke shops. You can ask a question about their merchandise and they give you and honest opinion and I never feel like they’re pressuring me to buy something. They’re descriptions are more descriptive than «this is a good bong».
We’ve bought 2 bongs, a magic flight box and a pipe here. All items we’ve been more than satisfied with. We regularly come here for incense and papers too.
You just know when a lot of work has been put into something and this place is a Nor Cal jewel. I 100% recommend everyone to come here!!! SUPPORT THE LOCALS
