Wish I could Give Negative Stars, After 45 minutes on the phone of asking questions, does the truck need anything like tires or brakes, anything at all? and being told over and over that the truck is really clean and «It Doesn’t Need Anything». I Rent one way car, Drive 600 miles to buy it and Tires are old cracked and completely bald, No Spare Tire/​Wheel, No Drivers window crank, No Drivers Seatbelt!, Needs Alignment And Brakes, Bad Steering Knuckle and Broken Glove Box… then offers to take $ 300 off for over $ 3500 in needed repairs on a Truck that Can Not Even Legally Operate on the Road, and No Admission or Apology for Lying! I Rent another one way to drive home ($ 300+total)… This Guy is the King LIER and Dirtbag that Gives Used car dlrs such a bad reputation

I just bought a car from Salesman Ali and I can’t say enough how much he went «above and beyond» to make sure the car was A+… I have bought a car from this lot before and it was a nice experience. Ali works very had to make sure the customer will return in the future. I sure will… Ben T

The salesman started out friendly and there was a decent selection of cars in the $ 7−8k range. We decided on a car and started to talk money. That’s when he became rude. Without running our credit he was already demanding 2k upfront or they couldn’t help us… I’ve never been asked for that much down ever, good or bad credit. He acted like we should have just known that we needed that money… how stupid of us to waste his time. So we decided to waste no more of his time and walk. I’ll give my business to someone else. There are several dealerships on the same lot. I don’t know if they are all owned by the same people, but if they aren’t…the other owners might want to get them into shape… we won’t be back on that lot ever! 5 dealerships affected by one guy.

We bought a Honda Accord from Kimo at Golden State Auto. We were treated well on the phone by the owner Alex, and made a Sunday appointment with Kimo. The research had been done on the car we were interested in online, first, so when we showed up for our appointment, were given the car fax report, and found that the car was clean and just as described, coupled with a very nice salesman, we struck a deal and brought it home. We were told that we had a one month or 1,000 mile warranty in case anything came up that their mechanic hadn’t noticed, and were told that the A/​C had not been charged. We will be getting that serviced, but felt that these guys were honest and straight with us, and will make the 2 hour drive to see them again when we buy another used car.
