Grabbed 4 asada street tacos. $ 1.50 /taco. The tacos were pretty good, I usually like my asada more crispy though. It reminded me of ground beef. Only came with a small portion of onions and 1 small sliced jalapeño(grilled) on the side. Tacos come plain and you get to add your also and a few other things if you’d like to. I recommend the green salsa over the red, it had a better flavor. Overall I will be back, maybe I’ll try a super burrito next time.

Good carnitas plate. They provided a generous meat serving. All the flavors were authentic and good. The location is less than desirable but I didn’t have any problems. I brought my three year old and the people working there were nice. I would come back.

This place is a hidden gem. My husband’s weekly treat that he looks forward to is getting a burrito from here. The food is always great!

Part market, part small eatery, this place does just about everything right. Yes, it’s located in a sketch area of Rancho Cordova. But after many visits, I really have never encountered any problems. My usual visit consists of visiting the market and grabbing a pound or five of the fresh made Carnitas meat, a pack of tortillas, and a tub of the spicy red salsa they stock back in the meat department. Combining those ingredients and I’m in taco heaven. Delicious! But many times, like today, I’ll order up a tasty carne asada burrito and/or some wonderful tacos from the small restaurant. My two coworkers and I arrived just after one o’clock and found the restaurant pretty empty. We checked out the large menu board and made our selections. Abodaba super burrito and a lengua taco for one coworker, four abodaba tacos for another, and a carne asada burrito for me. The food arrived quickly and was served on plastic plates along with plastic forks and knives. My burrito was prepared perfectly with a good ratio of meat-to-other stuff. I really like that all the components have lots of flavors and combine to make a delicious offering. My coworkers reported that their orders were fresh tasting, flavorful, and very enjoyable. The nice lady who served us was quick and efficient. On the way back to the office, my coworkers and I agreed that Jalisco serves fantastic food, prepared fresh, and served in a friendly manner. What a wonderful visit!

Love this hole in the wall. Food is good at very reasonable prices. Tacos are awesome, burritos are big and flavorful while the combo platters are terrific and tasty. My go to for great Mexican. Try it and it will be yours as well
