First I would like to apologize to Alex and the management of Kings Auto, this is a retraction of and earlier review that was written in stupidity. first I would like to Thank the crew of Kings Auto for a first rate Job done at an unbelievable price on my 06 PT Cruiser, not only was the diagnosis spot on but the job was first rate. again Thank you Guys for a first rate job and I have recommended the entire Staff of HomeHeatth Saramento, Herrfeldt Industries to stop by for all their Auto needs.

Called about an issue with my car charger and they were available to take a look at it. Once I got there they quickly took my car back and fixed the fuse that was messed up right away and the cost was very cheap. I am so happy that I found this auto business.

Horrible experience, don’t go here. I got my oil changed here and the mechanic told me that I should change my tire because it was getting old. He offered me a used one for $ 40. I said okay sure. He put it on and 2 hours later on the freeway it blew out on me. I would have been better off with my original tire. I called them and told them and then they said they would refund my money. I put my spare on and then called back the next day and they told me they wouldn’t give me my money back but that they would give me another used tire. I was 2 hours away and I told them it’s not safe for me to drive that far on my spare tire and that I’d rather them give me my money so I can get a tire where I was at. He reassured me that my spare would last the trip back. On my way back to sacramento my spare tire blew out. I was stranded on the road and had to pay a ridiculous amount for towing. I called them and they hung up on me and they still haven’t given me money back. Crooks!

Took my S550 to get a diagnostic test, coil repaired (after someone repaired wrong coil) and key battery change and they gave me a fair price, knowledgeable and nice people… will be back for further repairs.

Wow! I am so glad to have found this place. I needed a new alternator and so I got the cost from auto zone for the part then got estimates from 2 other well known repair shops nearby and one was about $ 100 more and the other one was over $ 300 more than what Kings Auto Repair charged. I will be using then for future services for sure!

They have great knowledge. Great prices. They do great work you don’t have to worry when you leave your car will run smooth. We will take all our cars there. Very hard workers.

I saw the sign and figured I’d check it out. This place just opened this month. I came in for an oil change and saw that they had a $ 49.99 brake special. I had been holding off on replacing my brake pads and now I’m glad I did!
