Though I cannot speak to their dry-​cleaning abilities, I can speak to their pressing abilities. I found out yesterday that I had a job interview and needed to have my suit and a shirt pressed before my interview (today at 11:30). Went in and asked them if there was any possibility that they could accommodate my admittedly desperate plea for help. Extremely courteous lady behind the counter asked if it was okay if my stuff would be ready after 3 P.M. that day as if that were an inconvenience to me! I said that 3 P.M. was more than perfect and she then said, «I’m giving you a break because you have a job interview, and if you need another suit pressed same day, have it in before 9 A.M.» Lady, with that kind of exceptional service and turnaround, you can make fun of my desperation!
Came back after 3:30 and my suit was ready to be picked up. I was a bit wary that the short turnaround time would mean that my suit would be messed up, but my worries were unfounded. I will be using them again in the future, and wholly recommend them for at the very least, suit pressing. The best part was that I paid $ 13 for the work!

2^nd time there. Dropped 2 pairs of pants and a jacket off on Monday, he hands me a receipt that says they’ll be ready at 3 on Tuesday, and verbally confirms this with me. Tuesday at 5:30:
«oh yeah, I guess we didn’t do em».
I have a funeral to be at 10am tomorrow.
«well what time are you available tomorrow?»
The funeral is in Fairfield, I have to be on the road at 8 am. (yes I need the pants for the funeral)
«oh, well we close in 30 minutes and we don’t open till 7 tomorrow. Sorry»
Panhandlers in Rancho Cordova are more professional (and reliable). This place will never get my business again. They should be seriously ashamed of themselves; the place is a clown show. There are 2 other dry cleaners within a mile of here, and either of them have to be better than this. You suck, Leibel’s.

This place is incredible. I took my dress in to get a seam/​slit closed up and they immediately said they could help me and it would only cost 10 dollars. Even better, it was ready the next day even before my scheduled pickup time. Leibel’s Cleaners did an amazing job. I will for sure always be coming back here!

Awesome, great service. Excellent work. He is personable, kind, human, and his skills are outstanding. A tribute to the length of time they have been open!

Have always had curtious and prompt service.

I walked into the store with a broken zipper, and the store owner took one look at it and fixed it for me in under a minute for free! He was friendly and helpful! Definitely going back for any future tailoring needs!

Do not take your clothes here, unless you want them ruined. I took several pair of pants here to be hemmed and NOT ONE came back looking even halfway decent. The hem has fallen out of one pair already after one washing! It is EXTREMELY disorganized and dirty inside (which should have driven me away immediately, but I wanted to give them a shot) and really pricey as well. NOT worth it…

I’m not sure if this place is still open (I heard recently that they closed) but I went here a few years ago because I needed some of my work shirts dry cleaned. I dropped a handful of my shirts off on a Monday and by Wednesday, they were ready. The shirts came back as expected — clean, crisp, and nicely ironed with plastic covers on top to protect them. The price was also very reasonable.

I actually didnt use this business for service, so this review is simply based on customer service and pricing compared to other places I called in the area.
I called for a price on washing a comforter. (machine wash and dry only) Their price was $ 42.50 for a wash and a dry of a comforter. Other places I called were around $ 30 – 35.
I informed the manager that I had found him on Unilocal*and asked for some sort of a price break or price match. I even offered to write an HONEST review for the business once the service was completed.
He did not wish to match or beat any other competitors prices, and added in that he «didn’t care what Unilocal says about his business». That kinda caught me off guard as a negative thing to say seeing how most people would just hang up and keep calling other places for a cheaper price.
Im sure they’re as good as any other cleaners in the area. I doubt they’re worth paying extra money based on the arrogance of the customer service I was given. Maybe business is THAT good for him to turn away money.
In my business $ 1 is better than no dollars. A happy customer will hopefully tell 1 – 2 people about you whereas an unhappy one will tell 10 – 20 (and post it on Unilocal!).

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever gone to. I was new in the area and they destroyed at least 4 of my suits. I actually gave them three seperate opportunities to get it right, and still got my suits back in sub-​par condition. I don’t know how they stay in business. One would think that if they noticed a missing button or a hem that needed mending they would let you know. Oh, no, they just returned it the way it was with hem hanging. The husband/​wife team were unbelievable. Denied everything and also said that my spouse was lying about a stain being there when he dropped off the suits. I couldn’t believe it. He was actually standing there when they accused him of lying. I came unglued. They were lucky he didn’t. I DO NOT reccomend anybody use this establishment. Perhaps these folks need to retire.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star from the poor customer service I received. I had brought my yellow club Monocco dress for dry cleaning on monday and told Them i needed it for pick up the following wednesday. Owner said it was fine. Went there to pick it up and dress was not ready. He showed me my dress and told me it was difficult for him to take off the stains and I saw my bleached and discolored dress! I was soo upset bc I was leaving for vacation on Thursday and planned on wearing this dress for family portrait. I asked the man why it wasn’t ready and he jus said sometimes they can finish cleaning on time. So fine. Come back Thursday the next day and still not done. I was extremely upset I had to go on my vacation wout my dress.
Two weeks after my vacation I came back and dress was still not done! I mean c’mon he had more than enough time. On top of that after almost of month since I dropped off my dress I told the owner I cannot keep coming back to check on the dress and ask for him to ship it for me. It took me two months to finally get my dress back! On top of that my dress is faded in color and the stain was not removed! Terrible customer service and owner never apologized. I need to make a call to the better business bureau! Not worth risking coming here. Go elsewhere! You have been warned!

I can’t speak for the dry cleanering portion of this establishment but the alterations are horrific!
About two months ago I took in my boyfriends very expensive hand embroidered limited edition Christian Audinger collared shirt to have a small tear, approx a ¼ inch in size under the collar near the buttons sewn/​patched. I could have tried sewing it myself but I’m no seamstress nor do I know the first thing about sewing so I thought I was taking it to a professional. I was very specific in what I wanted. I told him I wanted the hole patched and sewn so that it was NOT noticable because it is on the front of the shirt. He agreed that he knew what I wanted and I went on my way. When I returned to pick up the shirt my mouth literally dropped when I saw the tangled mess of thread surrounding the torn area. Not only was the stitiching jagged and completely disorganized the entire area patched/​sewn was now approx 2 inches in length and 1 ½ inches in width and 100% noticable! It honeslty looked like a 5 year old or bling person sewed it! I may not be a seamstress or know diddly about sewing but I know a hot mess when I see it and it this was absolutely appauling!!! To make matters worse when I expressed my disatisfaction with the results of his repair he actually tried defending the work he had done stating it had to be reinforced and this was the only way to do it. I will be the first to say yes, it needed to be reinforced BUT by no means did that require jagged, uneven and mangled threading spanning twice the size of the hole! Not only did he NOT do what we agreed on he did the complete opposite and ruined the shirt in the process! If he didn’t know how to do it or when he realized he didn’t know what to do he should have stopped because now its unrepairable!
I should have written this review sooner because I hate to think some unsuspecting people may be gone in and had a similiar experience. I wish I could post a picture to show the absurdity of this mess he created. Not only will I NEVER go to Leibel’s Cleaners again for alterations, I would NEVER allow them to do my dry cleaning either because I can only imagine what they would do to that!
If I could give negative 5 stars that still wouldn’t be enough! All I can say is… YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

It’s not often that a wash-​and-​wear kind of guy like myself requires the services of a dry cleaner or tailor, but this was a special occasion. I had been asked to perform a wedding ceremony in order to join my former downstairs Sacramento neighbors in holy matrimony. But I didn’t require a monkeysuit thankfully. No, the dress requirement was for «island wear», as in white linen, since the wedding would take place in Nigril, Jamaica.
I procrastinated finding a linen pants and suit until mere days before my travelling companion and I were to set sail on a cruise ship from Galveston, Texas. I honestly looked through some high end department stores, to no avail, to find the appropriate apparel. Believe it or not, I found what I needed at JC Penney’s. But the linen pants needed hemming, unless I managed to grow another 10 inches in leg length in 72 hours (and only the most fetching of lovely lasses has ever coaxed that kind of physiological change in my anatomy).
Leibel’s Cleaner’s and Tailors saved my bacon. I dropped my pants (literally but not figuratively) off at around 3:00 p.m. on a Wednesday and they had them done for me by Friday. And it was only ten bucks. I know they had to make a special trip to take said pantalones to their contractor who does alterations, since I saw one of their employees running out to his car with them once I explained my urgency.
The wedding went off without a hitch. I managed to follow my script from memory while adding my own little personal touches, and as requested proclaimed «And now I present to you, by the power vested in me by the Midtown Porch, Mr. and Mrs. _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​.» E-harmony’s got nothing on Sacramento party porches! Oh, there’s some good lovin’ that can come from properly administered porch debauchery.
In retrospect, I am thankful that Leibel’s Cleaners talked me out of getting the pants cleaned and pressed as well. Against my better judgement, I wore these off-​the-​rack (although I am leary of the residual chemicals left on store-​bought clothing). I committed the cardinal sin of machine washing and tumbling dry the pants after I returned from my trip. They shrunk up quicker than George Costanza’s penis in a cold swimming pool. Now I have a nice pair of Bermuda shorts.
