National Pool Tile Group

I walked in there looking for tile for my koi pond project. Justin greeted me and told me that, unfortunately, they do not sell directly to the public, but I was welcome to look around. He asked if I was working with anyone (I was not) and said that if I gave him some details about my project, he could recommend a couple of pros who could either purchase the tiles for me or allow me to use their account to purchase the tiles if I hired them. I explained what I was looking for, and he put together a list of 5 contractors. He also said that if those 5 didn’t work out for me, I could call him back, and he’ll give me more names. In the mean time, I browsed through their tile selection and saw plenty of tile that suited my liking. Justin even gave me more info about the different tiles that I was looking at and answered all of my questions.
One of the contractors were a perfect match for my project (Avila Tile), and I went back to NPT to choose my tile. Justin provided me with 4 tile samples to take home and even recommended a place where I could look for matching cap stones. NPT sells matching stone tile for my tile samples, but he said that I could find more variety at this other place.
I went with a 6“x6″ tumbled Quartzite tile that was within NPT’s Standard Tile pricing tier. Justin assured me that the tile is rated for swimming pools and would do well in a koi pond, especially since there won’t be any chemicals. Because it’s a natural stone, each tile had a unique shade and texture. The tiles look great installed! And Victor Avila provides a 2 year warranty should any tile pop off. That is UNHEARD of!
I would definitely do business with NPT again!

I dont understand what it is with businesses that post hours and then aren’t open during posted business hours. So I drive an hour to come to the NPT showroom, I get there and guess what they are closed. The sign on the door says the are open until noon on Saturday, my clock shows 11:30. The online listing showed open until noon. Really, if you are going to post your hours you should be open during your posted hours. I wont come back to this place nor will I buy tile from them. It is ridiculous and unprofessional.
