I’m not so sure if this O’Reilly is open or closed.
I’ve shopped at other O’Reilly places and have had great experiences. Today with this location is not so great.
I’ve been calling since 9:30am (finally stopped at 10:06am) to see if they sell a certain item (as Autozone does). I wanted to see if they did sell a similar item, if it would be cheaper which most cases they do.
Sad to say that after calling 8 times, I had no success reaching someone. Phone kept ringing and ringing. At first I thought I was calling the wrong number, but the O’Reilly website isn’t different from what Unilocal has. I would call a different O’Reilly location, but I’m heading out of town right after work and don’t have the time to travel elsewhere.
Maybe next time, but today, this place let me down.

Maurice your the best!!! You answered my questions got all the parts I needed and made changing the filters in my car a snap!!! Also Thanks for making me a rewards club member this was the first time I was offered a rewards card and I have been to a lot of different Oreilly’s stores I will always shop at your store for all my other parts from now on. I will be in soon for brake pads and other parts I will need for the job! See you soon!!!

It doesn’t show, but my boyfriend and I are regulars here. We come here so often that they even know our names now.
All the people that work here are super friendly. They do their best to help everyone. When you come in they greet you and ask if you need any help looking for something.
Miranda and Walter are our favorite workers here! Miranda is super jolly. They both know their stuff about cars!
This place gets busy at random times, but trust me their customer service makes up for it. Every time we come here it seems like we brought a crowd behind us.

My review is of Monica, she is part of First Call. She is incredible!!! We don’t even bother talking to anyone else there or at any other parts store. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and just a all around pleasant person. If you are looking to start a wholesale account with anyone, go to Monica!
