I recently had been rear ended and had taken my car to Pacific Coast Collision Center to have them do the repairs. I have mainly dealt with Adam and it has been a great experience. He’s very supportive and understanding. He makes sure everything gets done and if there are any issues he is there to help and make sure everything comes out the way I want. I know I can be A difficult customer and have had enough issues with my car that I had purchased NEW back in July 2015. He listened to my issues because I have plenty especially since its a new car and with no hesitation he wants to take care of it and make sure I am happy. It been great because it takes A lot of stress off myself knowing that they are there to take care of you and not just be done with you after a repair. I also express how it was a good experience because I am driving from San Jose and it adds miles and gas just to come out this way but it’s worth it. Not sure if I can bring much business from San Jose but I will do my best to bring as much as I can and spread the word to those I know out here in Sacramento.

I worked with Adam for the most part however the entire shop was very efficient, professional and friendly. The estimate the shop gave me was very reasonable. There were a couple of minor things discovered after the estimate but Adam said that they would include everything into the original estimate and they did just that. I was promised a one week turn around and they stayed within the one week as promised. I just picked my car up today and it was clean and looked great. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Collision Center to anyone who has been in an accident and in need of auto body repair. They made my experience a very good one considering being in an accident is never good. Thanks Adam and everyone for your exceptional service, you guys are awesome!

I have a brand new Honda Accord 2015 model, met with a collision recently. I am new to this place and got into couple of collision center and finally checked in to pacific coast collision center. Adam has taken care of me in each and every step. It was very smooth process in paper work. I just dropped my car and got my back as like brand new again. Thanks Adam, Eddie and Mike.

I was in a fender bender and had the hood and bumper replaced on my honda accord. With the exception of my insurance that delayed the process tremendously, the service was good! Eddie was the person who assisted me with the process and I believe Adam was the person who fixed the car. I was very satisfied with how my car turned out! Thank you guys.

Very friendly staff and can get the work done in short span of time. The insurance quote was in line with what Adam/​Eddy had. At the end of body work, I was very satisfied. Recommend it to all.

When your car gets in a wreck there are usually many parts that are all moving at the same time so its important to have a body shop that understands this and takes the stress away from the customer. Pacific Coast, especially Adam, did this with perfection. They towed the car from my house, worked directly with the insurance company and loan company and did it all fast and quick.
they even went as far as covering some costs of what the insurance company should have covered. I am very impressed with this shop and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff there. My first choice in body repair.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Pacific Coast after rear-​ending a truck. They waived my whole $ 500.00 deductible and did an excellent job bringing it back to showroom condition. While they were waiting for the go ahead from my insurance company, they completely detailed the interior of the Jeep at no cost. I am very impressed with this company. Thank you Eddie!

My experience began with a return phone call from an on-​line inquiry… on a Sunday! I obtained multiple quotes and decided on Pacific Coast (Eddie) on a gut feeling… customer service. Eddie was the man… polite, fair pricing and quality work. He was not the lowest bid I received, definitely not the highest. Again, customer service is very important to me. Eddie and Pacific Coast has earned my business. In fact, the next day one of my co-​workers took his vehicle in and it is currently being worked on.

This place just recently reopened and their new facility is just great. Eddie gave me a great deal by helping out me out with my deductible and my car was repaired very well. I couldn’t tell that my car was ever in an accident. Great job guys I will refer you to anybody that gets into an accident.
