I came in here with an issue that I was sure they would send me away with. I had bought shoes, worn them a few times, and thrown away the receipt. However, I got the wrong size and could not bear to wear them. So they gladly took back the shoes and exchanged them for me. They were so nice about it! Honestly, I will come here for all my shoes knowing how sweet they are here and how they just want their customers to be happy!
