Review for 6÷16÷16 I walked into this Starbucks(2nd time this week) with my 2 year old and a 5 year old. Ordered 2 Kids hot chocolates and a kids temperature latte for myself. First, I get 1 hot chocolate stuck in a cup that clearly says KHC x2. So I take the empty cup back saying we ordered and paid for 2. Then I get the latte — and its boiling hot. So, whatever I deal with it. It’s for me. Then she calls for my 2nd kids hot chocolate –which I hand to my 2 year old. Knowing that it’s a drink she has had before she goes for a gulp and starts screaming with it running from her mouth all over her chest. KHC — can’t be boiling hot!!! Her chest immediately got red and she is screaming. While the people using this Starbucks to study stare me down. My tip to this Starbucks — lady making a coffee — use a restroom and Don’t rush through orders. And, lift your head. Pay attention that this order was for children. The redhead looking guy that took my order — smile. And when I tell you about an issue — don’t immediately assume i want a free gift card(which I refused to take) — but with remorse pretend to care and ask if she is ok or go work for a collection agency.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. The outdoor seating is cozy and relaxing. They have great, fast service and plenty of seating inside as well. I love the passion fruit ice tea sweetened and add lemonade my favorite drink! They also have yummy treats and I love the cheese and fruit combos they offer.

Love this starbucks for hanging out, especially outside in warmer weather. If you sit on the side or the back out feels like a park. There is also a couch out front and a giant jenga game. Can get a bit loud inside.

hi-ya! If you haven’t been to this Starbucks location you should give it a check-in if you and/or friends feel like chilling. It’s busy, but even still the waits are short. The location and ambience is solid… so relaxed; both inside(tables, couches, stools) and outside(lawn chairs, tables, these wooden chairs). A lot of people who don’t seem to work(or don’t have to) hang out here at all times of the day. Gold River peeps that know how to relax… I tried actually working from home(aka Starbucks before) but the connection is terrible for VPN. The coffee is what you expect(good), clean restrooms, good service… and great location and people. Overall 5 stars!

Came here after a long workday and a beast of a workout at 24hr fitness just the next block over. This Starbucks was tucked in the corner of a shopping center. I like how its covered with tons of trees. The employees were cordial and seemed friendly. I never knew this Starbucks existed I like how its just around the corner from the office and the gym I go to. I can get my caffiene fix anytime Parking seems crowded. Probably better off parking in the shared Rite Aid area or Wells Fargo and just walk.

Coffee… who doesn’t want coffee or tea at any hour of the day and have it the way they want it. Today, my lady wanted a Americano at 110 degrees, but the heat just wasn’t cuttin it. I asked Courtney if she could make it hotter, so she followed through with request but it still wasn’t hot enough. –__– it was pretty busy here at this hour, but Courtney with her super power hospitality skills asked if the drink was hot enough to the temp we wanted it at. We weren’t happy with the temp, so Courtney gladly remade the drink to 130 degree which was juuuust right. Thank you Courtney for checking in and going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our drinks. It’s rare to see that kind of service. Five stars for Courtney! Give her a raise!

So long story short: I obviously ordered coffee & wanted it a bit warm than what I usually get(BOILINGHELLHOT). Hated that it was cold! Not warm at all. But thanks to Courtney she took the time(mind you it was a bit busy) and checked on me. Courtney, being amazing as I never imagined, made it just right and better than warm. :) Thank you so much Courtney because of you I’ll be back for more of your hospitality. You are recognized & you deserve a raise for your hard work.

It’s embarrassing how often I’m here. What I order: — Peppermint Mocha(yay, available year-round) — Graham Cracker Latte(seasonal) — Caramel Brulee Latte(seasonal) — Passiontea Lemonade — Caramel Frappuccino Pros: — Good selection of Starbucks mugs and tumblers — Quick service. For the amount of people that come through this location, they pump out that coffee in record-time. Way quicker than the Starbucks next to Cal Fit. — Lots of seating. But stay away from the back corner. That’s my spot. — Lots of plugs — Lots of outdoor seating Cons: — PARKING. — Always busy(but they move at record speeds, so even during the busiest times, you’ll make it through quickly)

This Starbucks is full of spots to sit, with ample plugs for your laptops are phone charging needs. The girl at the cash register wasn’t very friendly, but maybe she was just having a bad day. After I got my latte I asked the barista for a water with no ice, and she got me an ice water. Other than those things it was a perfect experience :-)

Tired of hearing the baristas talk about school, pay cuts, dates, drama, etc and blowing off the customer. I recently got to hear about someone getting a pay cut at Starbucks, the new girls education at William Jessup, all about Oregon, somebody’s dating drama, blah blah. Nobody wants to hear about it. Pay attention to your customers and maybe you’ll stop making so many mistakes at the bar.

This is my favorite Starbucks. There is a very nice outdoor area, it is open late for those like me who would rather hang at a coffee shop with friends in the evening than at a bar. I have always found the staff very friendly.

Got to try out this really nice Starbucks location Sunday morning. I love the fact that it is big inside and out. Plenty of comfy seating and outside patio is very roomy and a nice place to enjoy your beverage and a book on a warm spring day. There are sunny and shady spots. The service was fast and drinks spot on. I will be visiting again when I am in the area and I see there are a few places next door including The Joint, so I can come get an adjustment and then get a chai tea and enjoy the atmosphere this location provides.

I think this is one of my new favorite starbucks. Just walking in here is like walking into a home. The layout here is amazing. This location is also huge and alot of tables and a couch area as well for people to sit and lounge. There are plenty of windows as well for a view to people watch. The store is well lit too so that’s a plus. The couches here are comfy one long couch for 4 people and 2 single chairs with a coffee table in the middle. In the couch area is wooden floors. When you firsr enter you see a long table for people to study with electrical outlets to study. The other side is filled with tables along the windows and tables in the middle as well. The wall selection for their products is a plus they have plenty of stock on display. The celings are high and on the wall it is well decorated with brown bronze metal plates too with designs. The only con maybe the location where its kind of far away from midtown so it will be a little drive here for me. If im in the area again this is my to go to starbucks.

This is hands-down my favorite Starbucks location — plenty of seating indoors, a great outdoor patio and wifi. For those of you who like Starbucks merchandise, this location also has a better selection(probably a factor of their store size). The staff is super friendly and is consistent with the drinks — highly recommended!

Everyone here is friendly, the drinks are made quickly, consistently & the environment is comfortable & relaxing. Inside, there are many seats near open windows, cozy chairs or a couch to sink into & outlets near most tables for anyone who needs to charge their laptop/cell phone. I enjoy sitting outside under the trees while I read a book & enjoy my iced tea or iced coffee. This location is by far my favorite based on the environment alone!

Ok, I’m not that huge of a fan of Starbucks. Yes, I keep a Starbucks card to get points, because there is something appealing about getting a GOLD card. Plus, wherever I go there is a Starbucks, much like McD’s. The Gold River location is my absolute favorite… it feels like a hip cool coffee shop. Love all the outside seating and something about this location makes this chain more appealing.

Enjoyed visiting this Starbucks on my visit to Rancho Cordova. The area itself is very clean, cozy and the little string looking lights gave it a nice touch to the whole plaza. Very spacious and a lot of seating both indoors and outdoors. Probably one of the coziest Starbucks I have ever visited. =) Nice environment and friendly staff as well.

This was one of my very first places that I visited upon first moving here and WHY you might ask? Well thats because i had ZERO internet connectivity yet in the new CaSa and needed to handle some business online and from the ol’ laptop. So out i went to piggyback into Starbucks FREE wi~fi… It’s located within the most adorable and super CLEAN shopping center and ya sorta feels like your vacationing in some cute lil east coast or Washington town close to the water. I know right??? have no idea where that impression comes from but for me thats how it felt lol The outdoors COVERED patio area is fantastic and filled with many lil tables and chaired areas for the outdoors coffee, computer person and smoker to relax and enjoy themselves. I was having one hell of a time getting connected to their internet tho and the thought of picking up all of my crap including my laptop and mouse was too much to bear being exhausted from the recent move so on a last ditch effort I decided to check my pride and actually call the inside of the store from outside of it… Trust me… I thought long and hard on doing so but exhaustion trumped my pride and I did. Told the barista who answered that I was just inside, purchased my coffee and was now struggling to get connected to their wi~fi and seating outside of the shop. She immediately said: NOPROBLEM. I“LL be right out to help you… SO i suspected i’d be left out there for like oh, ever but NOPE. Within less than a minute she showed up right next to me, I turned over my mouse to her and wham! She got me connected and show me how to for future reference. This location also, for being so busy is actually quite quiet and peaceful both inside and outside with outdoor seating on 3 of the 4 walls there not to mention the entire inside too. Coffee was as always excellent and super strong too. Final Grade: A+ ~The End ;)~
