Subway

Horrible. I was craving a tuna sandwich, and needed to eat right away before a busy afternoon, and drove to this Chevron/​Subway. The girl at the counter did not greet me, but otherwise no complaints about service. I don’t like my tuna toasted, so I just asked for wheat bread, not toasted. When I took my sandwich out of the wrapper, in my car, the bread looked like it was 3 days old, not even joking. I was so hungry that I just ate half of the sandwich, but felt like I might be sick after seeing the bread. YUCK! I thought they were supposed to improve the bread, non-​GMO products, etc., so I wanted to give Subway another chance, but sorry NEVER AGAIN SUBWAY.

Ordered a veggie sandwich and paid extra for avacado. A large amount of lettuce and very little of other veggies in my sandwich.
I hadn’t given subway a try in a while. I now remember why I don’t go to subway much anymore; because I can get a much better sandwich at a grocery store deli for the same price or cheaper.

Waited 10 min for a subway employee to make my sandwich. The chevron cashier called her name and then had me call her name to get her attention. Who does that? I only come to this location for subway because it’s close to my work other than that the cashier sunny is rude. Hire some professionals and people who have better customer service.

I advise anyone that is in a hurry to avoid this Chevron at all costs. It will literally cost you double what you would pay at any other gas station. I’ve been in twice now, i work near the area and notice NOTHING is priced in the gas station. So i casually pick up an iced coffee and a granola bar and i proceed to pay and i ask, how much for each item? She quoted me $ 5.99 i almost walked away but then i remembered i didn’t bring anything with me to eat today. I pay, and she hands me back short change, so i ask her again was it not $ 5.99? She said oh did i not give you the right amount back and then proceeded to tell me she had a headache and handed me the money owed back to me. I shook my head, they aren’t accidentally over charging us, they do it on prupose because they can. Most of the population that strolls through are Construction workers that run in and out, i can’t imagine how much they over charge the folks not paying attention.

Convenient location on a corner, though I would have not expected to find a Subway inside of a Chevron station. The station itself seems to function like normal. The Subway… eh, I’m not particularly thrilled after comparing it to other locations. Would be nice to at least get a smile from the other side of the counter here and there.
Doesn’t seem to be a high-​volume location by any means. And, though I can’t be entirely certain, I kinda get the impression that the sandwiches are a little «thinner» here than at other places. I now prefer to drive a few minutes down the road for lunch. It’s OK for a quick bite to eat in a pinch…
But I guess that I don’t need that though…
Now you’re just a Subway that I used to know.

I regularly stop in here after work for the cute– err, I mean, for the Gatorade. Everything is even more over-​priced here than at most gas stations, but when a chick is thirsty…
Well, tonight I happened to be biking home from work, and as I could not find any decent place to lock my bike outside, I brought it in with me. Now, I understand that gas stations might not like bikes (because they don’t require the purchase of gasoline).
But…
The reaction that came out of the man (whom I had never seen before) behind the counter was the type of reaction someone should have to witnessing something gory and horrific. I mean, someone might want to go check on him, because it’s possible that he literally had a stroke. «OH MY NO NO NO IS NOT ALLOWED HERE YOU GO OUTSIDE IS NOT ALLOWED BIKE HERE NO NO GO GO LEAVE OUTSIDE NOT BIKES ALLOWED INSIDE NO NO NO IS NOT OKAY IS NOT OKAY GO OUTSIDE LEAVE BIKE OUTSIDE BIKES NOT INSIDE YOU TAKE OUTSIDE GO GO IS NEVER ALLOWED INSIDE!!!»

As I walked outside, obviously to leave, and not to leave my bike unattended and come back inside and make any sort of purchase that would contribute to the employment of this man, the customers pumping gas were all staring at me with wide eyes. I tried to be nonchalant as I put my headphones back in and rode off to a different gas station, where I was able to safely lock my bike on a rack outside and get wonderful customer service…
The only way I’m ever coming back here is if I become employed by a Klonopin-​delivery service.

Don’t know what the kids name is but thanks. Talkative, interactive, and made my subway really good. I could tell he was new but he was humble and meant well. For that I give this subway 5 stars. Good job kid! Hope your leadership notices this post.

Gas up and get a sando. This is a great play if you like to get things done efficiently. I also really like the family that owns and operates this place. The mom always makes my sandwich the way I want it and the son who works most of the time is always pleasant. You can’t go wrong patronizing this establishment.

When you drive in this corner station, you’ll probably be hounded by guys trying to fix a crack on your windshield. Just take cover and run inside for a safe haven. Inside you’ll you’ll find refreshments to an actual Subway.
This station is like a mini walmart You can practically get anything. Tampons, check. Salt and pepper, check, beef jerky, check. Subway sandwich, check. The Subway is actually pretty decent, but more importantly its clean. I’d give this place five stars if they give you a free sandwich for every $ 50 you spend. Fuel is real expensive here. But then again, I’d charge this much too if i had there location. So fill up one gallon less and get yourself a meatball sandwich at Subway.
