I have always been happy with the customer service but in the last 6 months I have seen a change for the worst. I have bought pool tables, furniture, pool cues and more, but don’t think I will be giving them any more business after this last issue.

I went in armed with many questions about pool and cues. The gentleman helping me was very friendly, informative, and helpful. He offered me tips on how to shoot when I was testing out the cues. After I found the one I wanted he gave me a discount on the case which was a nice surprise.

My husband and I were looking for counter stools. We shopped at Valley Gaming and Billiards Stockon store. They were very helpful and had a large well organized selection of stools. We chose a set of Tempo stools which were special ordered for us. They offered us an outstanding price based on our having shopped at a number of other brick and mortar stores as well as shopping on line. You can’t try on a stool for comfort on line. The stools arrived promptly and they are excellent quality and are very comfortable. They have a full complement of game room items and I would highly recommend this store.

Stopped in Valley Gaming and Billiards today with my husband, son and his friend. You name it, they have it — billiards tables, air hockey, pinball machines, retro video games, foosball, and more. The selection is extensive! High-​end quality gaming machines, tables and furniture reasonably priced as well. Dom, the storekeeper, is very knowledgeable and personable and provides you a warm welcome. He allowed all of us to test out the products. The boys had a great time playing pinball and foosball. He even showed me how to make a trick pool shot — I sunk 5 balls all at once! Warm and friendly shopping environment, excellent products, and knowledgeable service!

Update — We went to small claims court ½/​13. The owner was very hostile towards us as we had to meet outside the courtroom with a mediator. He told his story to the lady of which he stated that he should not be out the credit card charge of 4% to him and she asked then why are you asking a 15% restocking fee and he told her it was because I had put my story on Unilocal and he wanted it removed and had I not put my story on Unilocal he wouldn’t tried getting 15% from us, and again keep in mind here nothing was ordered but according to the judge since we signed a credit receipt thinking they would run it after we confirmed the order, but the judge said we should have known better and obviously we learned a valuable lessen and he said we would have to pay the 4% and not the 15% the owner was asking and we did. What was really interesting is the owner told the mediator he would come down to 10% if I would remove my statement from Unilocal and then after some conversation he said he would go to 7% if I removed my statement, so my wife called me where I was outside and asked if I was willing to remove the statement and the owner would reduce his ridiculous charge and I said NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT, and I told her it sounded like a bribe to me that he would reduce what he called a re-​stocking fee to get me to take back exactly what had happened. I would pay out the nose than have someone try and bribe me to change my mind, In all my life I have NEVER encountered such a ridiculous offer or bribe as I call it to have me remove or change the way it happened. I told her let the judge decide and he did, we paid the 4% and the judge told the owner that its freedom of speech, I guess he didn’t learn about the First Amendment.

Huge selection of pool tables, dart boards, and general game room accessories. It’s sort of a man cave place but at the same time they offer games that everyone will enjoy. Prices are okay considering the quality is decent and some of the accessories just aren’t that easy to come by, the neon lights in particular.

This is very much a specialty shop. High end bar stools, game tables, billiard tables, and bars, not to mention game room décor of all kinds. I’ve been in a few times, usually to check out bar stools. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about their products. I didn’t feel pressured to upgrade to more expensive stools, and they are honest enough to understand budgets and what is or isn’t worth paying more for. It’s not cheap, but if you want good quality, this is where you should be looking (I don’t think I have ANY friends who are under 190, and they are the opposite of grace, so I decided to leave Target alone and get sturdy stools that would survive us and our friends). I ultimately ended up buying from another store because of a coupon, but this store was a close second.

Service like it use to be! Domingo has gone the distance with helping us pick out bar stools, pool table covers, etc. Plus great selection with quality products-couldn’t ask for more – we will be back!
