Found them on Unilocal.Great customer service. They scheduled and came out right away. Cleaned living and dining rooms, got the stains out and a small paint stain as well and cleaned the entryway tile all in a about an hour at a great price.

I’ve heard horror stories of chain carpet cleaning companies gouging people on extra unnecessary services. I thought I’d try a local company to clean my carpets and Carpet Care Connection EXCEEDED my expectations. They (Christopher Green and his assistant) booked me at late notice, honored the initial price I had been quoted, educated me regarding carpet care and cleaning, and did an AMAZING and quick job at cleaning my filthy carpet. They were professional and pleasant and were the kind of people I felt very comfortable with having in my home. I can’t say enough at how pleased I am with their service and I will definitely use them in the future for all my Carpet cleaning needs. THANK YOU CARPET CARE CONNECTION!!!

I highly recommend them; you won’t be disappointed! They arrived on time, their prices were very reasonable and they were friendly and professional. My carpet had some very bad stains on it (green smoothie explosion) I didn’t have any hope of it getting cleaned. But to my surprise, the area look spotless. I will be calling them again soon.

I highly recommend this company! We needed the carpet in our home in Rancho Cucamonga cleaned after tenants moved out and before we move back this summer. They were professional and courteous over the phone and were reasonably priced. Christopher showed up on time, was very professional and went over everything very thoroughly with me. He didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of cleaning treatments, in fact he and his coworker did their best to clean some problem areas without any extra treatment and they did a great job! We even had them steam clean the tile/​grout while they were there ~ everything came out looking brand new again! We will use Carpet Care Connection again! SO thankful to have found them!

I was very surprised they picked up the phone late Sunday afternoon for an appointment Monday noon. Very polite too and sounded very knowledgeable.
They came on time, very professional. I was expecting a long cleaning session. They finished 5 rooms within an hour. Carpet was cleaned really well. Dog urine smell was gone as were the spots. Impressive work.
I would definitely contact them again for next time.

These guys are the best carpet cleaners we’ve ever used! They come out about every 6 months (our 4 kids can trash our beige carpet) and every time they clean them the carpets come back to new again! They have been our carpet cleaners for years now and we will never use anyone else!
They are also very trustworthy, polite and professional! A wonderful family business!

I will use this company again! My dog peed on my stairwell… ugh…it was awful smelling. Carpet Care was here the morning after I called them! They, cleaned and deodorized AND IT DIDN’T COST ME AN ARM AND A LEG!!! Carpets are beautiful, dog is out of the doghouse and I will be supporting this family run business!

We have been using Carpet Care Connection for over 5 years. Chris and his crew are tops. I used to own a carpet cleaning company and these guys are doing it right. Their pricing is better than fair. Dependable, on time, and they are not trying to sell you a bunch of worthless treatments, etc.
