Description

Specialties

The Chronic Tacos menu includes burritos, tostada bowls, tortas, taquitos, flautas, salads and of course tacos. The ingredients include:

Carne Asada

A classic favorite. Diced steak kept for 24 hrs in our secret marinade. Seared and seasoned on our open grill to lock in the flavor and made fresh throughout the day.

Pollo Asado

Marinated for 24 hours and then seasoned to perfection. Cooked on our open grill throughout the day to ensure the freshest flavor.

Carnitas

Pork shoulder slow cooked for three hours in our secret recipe until the meat falls off the bone.

Al Pastor

Diced pork shoulder held for 24 hours in spicy adobo marinade. While it is being cooked we add some pineapple to give it a hint of sweetness. A classic authentic Mexican dish.

Fish

Hand cut Mahi Mahi or Ono served grilled or beer battered. Battered fish is made to order, dipped in a special Tecate Beer batter and deep fried. Grilled fish is seasoned to perfection and made to order. Be sure to try it Baja Style!

The doors swung open at the 800-square-foot Newport Beach location just in time for the 2002 annual Newport Beach Fourth of July Celebration, where thousands of locals indulged in generous portions of fresh authentic ingredients for the first time. Music was blasting, food was flowing and the vibe was great, but the demand soon proved too much for that
