This a real cool gym and all… they have a lot of useful machines but I really wish they had a platform

I walked into the gym a little nervous but was greeted by Chris and Travis right away and immediately felt at home. I had my first training session with Travis and felt well educated on how to reach my goals and know I have the support I need at this gym :) Also you can’t beat the prices. They really take care of you here and completely integrate the «No Judgement» motto. I can’t wait to see my results!

Travis helped us out so much. Teaching us there’s is so much more than just the machines here. Looking forward to doing seeing the results with all this extra information.

Unfortunately you can’t get any help from these guys when asking about financial issues. I called and the person who answered the phone said he was very busy with a couple of guests. I told him I’d call him back. So I did about an hour later. Another guy answered the phone, I simply asked if someone could help me I the billing department. He got nervous real quick and put me on hold. I waited for about 15 minutes, after him saying he’d get someone right away. So I call back and there was no answer. I called again and a recording came on saying the phone was disconnected. So, I just called the Upland location, the one I actually attend, and Lisa answered. She answered my question. All I wanted to know was why was I billed more this month. They can’t pull up your account if that’s not the location you signed up. But, this is an annual fee, that’s all. I wasn’t double charged and it didn’t take a rocket scientist to answer the very simple question. Everyone who is a member gets the same charge the 4^th month of the year. Now, why in the world was that so hard for the guys at the Rancho Cucamonga location and not the Upland location. I think the owner should really hire someone specifically for their financial inquiries.
These guys are good at getting you to sign up and they are ok actors. I’m a smart woman and I know when people are complimenting me to get something out of me and complimenting me because I deserve it. Watch out for the «Flatter Vomit» when walking in there to just get some info on the place.

POOR customer service!!! I cancelled my membership in December of 2015 as I didn’t have time to go with my toddler and work. The gentleman stated it was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. Fast forward to April 2016 I noticed a $ 40 charge from Crunch. Long story short they didn’t cancel yet froze my account temporarily and then when they decided to reactivate it they charged me a monthly and annual fee! I was never notified and thought my account was cancelled months ago. I spoke to Ben the manager who was of NO help whatsoever and was unprofessional over the phone. I now am having my bank investigate to get my money back from them! I will never be going back and will advise all my friends and family to take their business elsewhere. So disappointed!!! I wonder how many others they’ve taken money from!

Just joined this gym today and the staff is not only friendly, but also very helpful. I was helped by Jack, and he was able to answer any questions that I had. I must also add that the gym is super clean! Memberships are also very affordable!

I honestly love this gym! I quit my membership at 24 hour fitness in Rancho because it made me uncomfortable working out there. There were a lot of men that would stare and judge. Here everyone is really nice, minds their own workouts and doesn’t judge you.

These people can’t get anything right. Tried to cancel my membership 3 times since January and get my refund but then kept getting billed even though they said it was going to get taken care of or it was already taken care of. There nothing but rip offs! I’m going to have to take legal actions if I get one more bill from them.

Never actually went to this gym, the reason why I’m rating it and the reason why I didn’t get a chance to go was because the people trying to me my membership were way too pushy and harassing my girls and I to get their «$ 1 deal» which I call bull shit.
I had put my boyfriend under my account just in case he wanted to join me if I ever had the chance to go. All the info they had from my bf was name, birthday, &number. They kept calling him instead of me when they had all my info, such as credit card #, address, and had my signature &when I had gotten the membership. Same day I got the membership I called to cancel it. The guy said to give it a week and if I don’t like it he’ll cancel it for me though the phone.
A week later I called and said i was calling to cancel, the Manager or assistant Manger answered and was really rude when I told him I was calling to cancel. He said that wasn’t possible I had to go in person. I said no because the other guy said he was going to do it. Anyways, he tried to convince me to keep it &of course i said no thank you. All he said was «don’t worry hunny ill take care of it.» Really rude & hung up. I called back, and said «humm, hello. You’re not gonna take my name or anything to cancel my membership» he said «I looked it up with your number, its canceled.» Laughed and hung up. That was disrespectful. Later on that day my bf tells me they keep calling him from Crunch. I call back and tell them to stop calling my bf that he didn’t get the nembership I did. The girl was being really nice and was understanding the situation. She nicely apologized and said that my account will be canceled…
Point to this was the staff needs to stop being to pushy and if someone says NO then its a NO. And to the manger or assistant manger that answered the phone has to fix his attitude. Really horrible manger and service.

Do not let these thieves have access to your credit card or checking account! Even after you come into the place of business and sign paperwork to cancel your membership they will continue to charge your account. When you dispute it, they then tell you that you have to come back in and prove that you canceled. I recommend you keep all your paperwork and read it all, do not believe what they may tell you. If I could give them zero stars I would, businesses that are run in this way, should not be succeed.

Just started two weeks ago. I love the gym facilities. The staff is so helpful in the morning and afternoon. I’ve only visited the evening one time. If you need help, information, or want to know how the equipment works Ryan and Spencer (the General Manager) are the best! I love their motto; «no judgement» gym. Everyone working out is so considerate and encourage each other.

I don’t like the fact they keep playing same music everyday gets annoying. They should have Spotify or XM Radio Internet radio have different type music playing on different days. It’s hard to listen to your music player with headphones on when they have there music on loud. They need WIFI nicer to workout to Netflix and listen to Spotify with own mobile device.
Crunch prices are higher for protein shakes and pre workout drinks. If I want a cheaper pre workout drink I have to go UFC fitness next door and its the same brand as Crunch.
I think they need a sauna not tanning booth hardly anyone goes in there I think peak membership is too high of a fee to use tanning and hydro. If you have regular membership they should allow certain days to use hydro or tanning maybe like 3 days only Monday to Wednesday. If they improve on some of those things I would give 5 stars.

Wasn’t impressed. I walked in looking to get more information and The people behind the counter looked at each other like «who’s going to take this one» felt like I wasn’t welcomed. Gave me some pricing and told him I knew of someone that was paying, which I really did. Then told me pretty much «it is what it is». I Felt they didn’t want my business and I was just another number. They didn’t even offer me to sit down or take a tour. Guess they have enough members. smh…

I always get the best workout with Justin. He helped me drop 20 pounds in two months. Dieled me in on eating right and staying focused. Can’t get that anywhere else. Can’t say enough good about them. And Spencer… He really cares about his clients.

I had about the worst gym experience anyone could have experienced while going to a gym to get my fitness on. This gym is near my parents home and a few of my friends so I’ve come a few times. I have a membership with Crunch that allows me to bring a friend to workout with anytime. I had worked out earlier in the day and I was in the area so I had my friend asked if I would go to the gym with her. I obliged to workout with her. So we get here and since I’ve already been warmed up I just allowed her to warm up before the workout gets started.
As she warms up I see a guy (Ryan) in the mirror as he approaches me. Being very rude and aggressive he says «you can’t do that here» insinuating that I’m a trainer and training her which is not the case. I mean she was just warming up. How is it that I’m training her within two minutes of walking in the gym?
But anyways I told them I am not training her but he dismisses my comments, and continues to say aggressively «look I told you before and I’m not telling you again stop or get out!»… «I will kick you out of my gym and cancel your membership!» I’m still confused as to what I’m doing wrong. As he walks away from me he spat a very offensive comment that was unacceptable from any stand. What happened to the days where the customer is always right? Or even just having respect for another man?
I told him on the spot to cancel my membership because the way he spoke to me was so disrespectful and I have dignity in myself and will not stand for that.
They give the Crunch Fitness Gym brand a very bad name. I hope anyone else who walks in their doors does not have an experience similar to mine.
After everything with Ryan transpired I had the weekend to sit on the event. I literally thought about it all weekend. The following week, Spencer (the owner) and I had a discussion on the matter to clear things up. I will tell you this. He is ALL about customer service which I really appreciated that he came to me when I had an issue with one of his employees. He really cares about his business and his members.

Ryan the fitness mgr is awesome! Very friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and staff is really friendly

I just recently joined Crunch and I have to say I enjoy coming here, everyone is so nice, you are actually greeted at the door and not ignored like other gyms. Most of all Ryan and Spencer are the most welcoming people I have met!!! #teamcrunch

This is an excellent gym! Very clean and I can always get on a machine without a wait. I’ve been out of the gym for quite sometime now and when I joined here I immediately signed up with a trainer. The prices are very affordable. My trainer Greg is so patient and takes time out to text me meal plans and work outs on my off work out days with him. On my first day of working out Jack was so helpful and kind. He showed my friend and I around and how to use the equipment. His work out sessions are very informative. He has excellent customer service skills and and greets me with a smile every time I enter the gym.
The owner is very helpful as well the UFC gym next door is another way to get fit if you like to box the owner gives great rates to use both gyms if you want a different kind of work out. Overall this gym is an excellent place to work out. I highly recommend it!

Very clean everything is new since it opened prices are cheap. Squat racks never busy. The only downfall is that they close way to early on weekends

I have two gym memberships one at larger chain as well as Crunch with that said, this Crunch has been growing on me. The staff has been extremely friendly specially Linsey she always greets with a friendly smile without fail. The facility cleanness surpasses any gym that I have attended in the pass. The price is a bargain even for the upgraded Peak membership they offer. Even my brother joined after he came with me a couple of times.
