On 10−21−15 My world was shattered. My truck after 390,000 miles decided to die. You have to understand THOR what my truck is named would not stay running. I spoke with Albert Ghazal who saved me by helping me by saving me 900.00 dollars. A new part would have cost me 1800.00 Albert found a used one and had it installed for half of what it would have cost me. This got THOR running again and me well you know I am po that means I can afford a pet depending on which way the wind is blowing. So when I get 500,000 miles on the truck I will have Albert and his shop rebuild it for me. They have been really helpful to me when no one else gave me the time of day. So if you want the best people to help you and you aren’t rich but you are willing to pay for quality work. I highly recommend Discount Auto Repair Center.

Very honest and friendly. Don’t pressure you into getting things you don’t need. Especially being a woman they don’t belittle you, like other places. And they give you a discount here and there, which is awesome!!!

I called this place because they said that they were open til 7pm. I called in at 6:09pm and they said let me check if one of my guys can fix my flat tire. Initially the gentleman on the phone (I believe he was the owner) was very helpful and sincere but then he put the phone down and said he will check on his guys. He actually didnt put the call on mute and I heard them laughing and saying they do not want to fix a flat tire at that hour. It was still 50minutes before closing. If its too late I wish he had just told me it was too late, instead he told me none of his guys are there anymore and that was pretty rude. Cant trust someone with my car who is not even truthful over the phone.

Awesome customer service and very quick service. I needed my brakes done really bad but couldn’t go without my truck for very long and they had me all taken care of before lunch time! They have very reasonable prices and I won’t go anywhere else again. They’ve made a customer for life!

Needed an alignment on my ’03 Passat. Silverio looked after me. Great service, fair price, thorough explanation of what was wrong, clean shop and very professional. No bate and switch tactics to bump up the price. Highly recommend.

I brought my car here after receiving horrible treatment from the guys over at the American Tire Depot in Rancho. They were down to earth, honest and had me in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Turns out I couldn’t get a patch due to the area of the leak, but they got me a new tire (which I needed anyway, with or without the leak). The man who worked on my car really made sure I understood the issue, and he answered my questions without making me feel dumb (happens with most mechanics when you’re a female customer and have zero knowledge of such things). I had a great experience, all in all!

I first took my car to DISCOUNT AUTO REPAIR CENTER to get a wheel alignment. I was so impressed with the service and prices I went back for more additional repairs. The second time I went back I got new front and back struts. So please with the prices and service. The owner Albert is a extremly nice man. I felt like he was there to help me undertstand completely the service I was receiving. Even after I went back to pick up the car, he took additional time and showed me the bad struts that was taken off the car and showed he how some was out and some was going out. I also impressed how clean the office and shop/​garage is! Spotless!!! I am so happy I went to Discount Auto Repair Center in Rancho Cucamonga, Please give this place a try, you will not regret it! Hands down the most helpful and honest people I’ve ever encountered in this industry. Albert, the owner, is straightforward and as caring and honest as they come. Did what no other mechanic could and worked on my extremely lowered car, new tires and alignment as wel as checking up around the car! Lowest prices, best service around. Will not go wrong, I will bring my business nowhere else from now on!

Excellent service, after getting off work late in the day i found i had a flat, they quickly changed my flat after hours and they didn’t try to up sell me on anything and they were happy to answer all of my questions. Friendly people, excellent service, and fair prices, what more could you ask for.

I did some business with another vendor in the area and noticed this location. My wife cars needed some attention and the customer service was first rate. This shop is very clean and they have all the newest equipment to work on any car. The prices are very fair and the customer service is second to none. I would recommend this to my family.

Had my oil change done here a couple weeks ago and it was taken care of very efficiently! I was out of there in no time and they did a complete inspection on my car (as part of their great service) that gave me a better peace of mind about how my car is running. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family because they took wonderful care of my commuter car :)

Took my car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked because it was squeaking whenever I pressed on the brakes. Upon arrival they asked how many miles were on the car and because the mileage was so low they doubted I needed new brakes but said they would check anyway. Turns out they said my brakes were fine but I needed new tires. Had to bring my car back a few days later for them to change the tires. Upon doing so, they then said that I did need rear brakes because a tiny corner was wore down and that may be what was squeaking… Why didnt they see that the first time I brought them my car? Anyway, had the rear brakes changed and car was still making the squeaking noise so this time I brought it to the dealer. Come to find out, they used aftermarket brakes w/​o telling me and didnt resurface the rotors, they were still pitted, thats why it was still squeaking. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. If you want a shoddy, cheap job, then take your car here…

This place has great service. Knowledgeable employees that take you through step by step what your vehicle needs. The prices are the best that I have found in the Inland Empire. They also work with your schedule which is a big plus for me.
